TS Entertainment warns fans to watch out for businesses scamming with B.A.P. related products

B.A.P.‘s growing popularity overseas seems to have brought about not just success for the group, but also some unfortunate circumstances.

On July 27th, officials of TS Entertainment expressed their concern to allthatkpops over the selling of illegal B.A.P. related products overseas. Officials asked fans to make sure that they double check their purchases to avoid being scammed.

Companies were apparently using B.A.P.’s name, which is definitely on the rise as the boys rank at the top on various international music charts, to sell vacation packages at higher prices, promising to take fans to their Taiwanese showcase scheduled on September 22nd. One of the plans included in the itinerary is a ‘greet B.A.P. at the airport’ event, making for quite the dangerous situation should it not be handled properly.

Officials recognized that it wouldn’t be B.A.P. put in danger’s way, but rather their fans. They expressed, “We’re afraid of our fans being harmed through these illegal products. We hope that this is an opportunity for us to alert these companies that their unethical business practices will not be tolerated.”

TS Entertainment told allthatkpops that B.A.P‘s maknae Zelo gained a large amount of followers after sharing a selca that showed off his new side part and bare face.

On the 25th, Zelo tweeted “1:9” and shared the above picture of him resting his chin on his pillow, flaunting his flawless skin and defined features. According to TS Entertainment, his tweet was referring to his new hair part, which is separated according to a 1:9 ratio.

Fans seemed to be quite impressed with his flawless baby skin as Zelo is reported to have instantly gained over one thousand followers after his tweet, surpassing 140,000 in total.

Zelo’s followers all over the world commented, “Where did your eyebrows go? You look like Mona Lisa,” “Cute. Even your bare face is perfect,” and “Wow. Got handsome. What are you doing when you’re supposed to be sleeping?

Meanwhile, B.A.P is currently promoting their first mini-album ‘No Mercy‘ and will meet their fans this week on ‘M! Countdown‘, ‘Music Bank‘, ‘Music Core‘, and ‘Inkigayo‘.

On June 30th, G-Music, the company that will be hosting the showcase, put up the tickets for sale on it’s website. Around 600 VIP tickets were available, and amazingly, they were all sold out within 5 minutes.

Such a high level of demand for a new face in the KPop scene is extremely rare, and is thus particularly exciting for both B.A.P and supporters of the Hallyu Wave.

B.A.P showed their fierce warrior side in the music video for their second album ‘Power‘, and fans will get a closer behind-the-scenes look at the filming. The photo book includes shots of the boys getting tattoos drawn on their arms and shoulders for the MV.

Maknae Zelo made the hearts of nuna fans flutter by baring a shoulder while getting his tattoo drawn, and B.A.P’s leader Bang Yong Guk talked about what it was like when he broke his arm while preparing for the album. He also brought tears to fans’ eyes when he shared the troubling times he experienced when his grandfather passed away.
