B.A.P’s lively shoot for ‘Elle Girl’ revealed

Talented idol group B.A.P‘s lively photo shoot with ‘Elle Girl‘ magazine has been revealed.

The September issue of ‘Elle Girl’ features B.A.P in a unique shoot that shows the members’ cheerful boyish sides with plenty of action shots of them playing tennis or running with a suitcase.

During the interview following the photo shoot, B.A.P said of their fellow K-pop idol groups: “These days, we learn and realize a lot when we watch them on music shows.”

When asked about how they felt about the first performance after their comeback, the members answered, “This album is decked out with songs that the fans can respond to and enjoy, so we enjoyed it as if we were having a concert rather than [performing for] a broadcast.”

The boys were also asked how they would confess their feelings to someone. Maknae Zelo answered, “Like from a scene in the movie ‘Step Up‘, I want to confess by dancing while coming down the stairs,” while Leader Bang Yong Guk shyly responded, “I want to convey my feelings with my eyes rather than through words.”

Tahiti’s Dasom earns the nickname ‘Babo Bang Yong Guk’?

Member Dasom of rookie girl group Tahiti was recently nicknamed ‘Babo Bang Yong Guk‘ by radio hosts Jung Chan Woo and Kim Tae Gyoon.

Tahiti made an appearance on ’2 O’Clock Escape Cultwo Show – Talking about with Stars‘ radio corner, to showcase their new title song ‘Tonight‘ and some of their impersonations.

During the program the girl group was praised for their straightforward personalities by their senior singers Cultwo, who also happen to be the hosts of the radio program. Rapper Dasom was especially noticed for her impression of B.A.P.‘s Bang Yong Guk and was even given the nickname, ‘Babo (dummy) Bang Yong Guk’.

In related news, Tahiti is currently actively promoting their electronic house dance track, ‘Tonight’.

B.A.P releases second photo book ‘Recording Take 2′

B.A.P revealed their second photo book ‘Recording Take 2‘ on June 27th.

The first photo book covered six months of preparation before their debut, and the newly released photo book contains pictures from fan signing events, live video chats with global fans, and their 100 day anniversary fan event.

B.A.P showed their fierce warrior side in the music video for their second album ‘Power‘, and fans will get a closer behind-the-scenes look at the filming. The photo book includes shots of the boys getting tattoos drawn on their arms and shoulders for the MV.

Maknae Zelo made the hearts of nuna fans flutter by baring a shoulder while getting his tattoo drawn, and B.A.P’s leader Bang Yong Guk talked about what it was like when he broke his arm while preparing for the album. He also brought tears to fans’ eyes when he shared the troubling times he experienced when his grandfather passed away.

B.A.P’s 80-page second photo book ‘Recording Take 2′ is printed on A2-sized paper, and each page has separate bromides that fans can decorate their walls with.

B.A.P’s Bang Yong Guk finally gets his cast off

Fans of B.A.P‘s Bang Yong Guk gave a sigh of relief upon hearing the news that his hand cast has finally come off.

On May 25th, Bang Yong Guk tweeted, “You can stop worrying about my hand now. I have revived,” and attached a photo of his now cast-free hands.

Previously, Yong Guk underwent surgery to remove a cyst on his left ring finger, and ended up having to wear a cast for more than a month. It has also been revealed that because he didn’t want anybody to worry over him, he never complained about his hand hurting.

B.A.P’s agency TS Entertainment announced, “His cast has come off. However, he will still have to wear a device to fix his finger. Nevertheless, we are glad to know that B.A.P will now be able to show a more perfect performance.”

B.A.P is currently promoting their album ‘POWER’.

Photos of one of the five hottest celebrities were uploaded onto the post, each with captions underneath that read: “G-Dragon, owner of sexy collarbones“, “‘Boys Over Flowers‘ Lee Minho is not only handsome“, “Perfect in every aspect, Rain“, “Park Yoochun has the collarbone every female wants“, and “Bang Yong Guk’s sexy cross-shaped collabone“.

The post has been spreading rapidly on the internet, garnering over 100,000 views in less than 12 hours since its upload and earning the title as the “best post” on the portal site.

B.A.P.’s Bang Yong Guk discusses the differences between “Power” and “Warrior”

Having returned with a strong new comeback track titled “Power“, the boys of B.A.P. have been making their rounds on the first week of comeback stages.

After ‘Music Core‘, leader Bang Yong Guk sat down with reporters to share his thoughts on the group’s comeback.

Bang Yong Guk began, “It’s not something we’ve been preparing for a long time for, but we did work really hard to show improvement for our fans. This album is extremely meaningful for us in that way.”

He continued, “Compared to our debut track, ‘Warrior‘, our choreography has gotten a lot more fierce. We probably rehearsed longer for ‘Power’ than ‘Warrior’ since there were a lot of complex, detailed moves we had to pay attention to. And since the choreography gets violent at times, the members would bump into each other often. It hurt a lot, but it was really fun.”

Concluding the interview, he stated, “We’ve returned with a message more positive than ‘Warrior’ so we hope ‘Power’ receives a lot of love. I’m curious as to how our fans will receive the song. I’ll continue to promote with both fun and anticipation.”

B.A.P.’s Himchan and Bang Yong Guk release a grungy new teaser

Having released their teaser video for their second single album comeback, ‘POWER‘, B.A.P.‘s Bang Yong Guk and Himchan are ready to raise anticipations further with a new teaser image!

The two ’90 line hyungs are the oldest in the group and are seen dressed in a grungy style with tattoos all over their bodies. If you thought “Warrior” was fierce, “Power” aims to kick things up a notch with a charismatic spin that is already securing the boys a place in everybody’s heart.

Fans have been going wild over the boys’ hair transformations in particular, especially since they had been blonde for several months already. Himchan’s black short cut and Bang Yong Guk’s purple tint are enough to show anyone that the boys mean business with their new change.

Himchan in particular has also lost 5 kg to complete his transformation.
