Actor Park Gun Hyung reveals he’s a fan of SISTAR’s Hyorin





Actor Park Gun Hyung, who starred in the recently concluded drama ‘I Do I Do‘, selected SISTAR‘s Hyorin as his favorite female idol group singer.


On the August 26th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘, the actor was asked who his favorite girl group was to which he immediately answered, “SISTAR“, without hesitation.


Reporter Hwang Jae Sung, who is also widely known for being a fan of SISTAR, remarked, “I like SISTAR, too,” and the two proudly shook hands as they both had something in common. Park Gun Hyung then selected Hyorin as his favorite member and explained, “There’s nothing in particular. I just like her a lot. Her body is simply charming.”


The actor then expressed his envy of the reporter upon hearing that he had spoken with SISTAR before.

Olympic athlete Lee Yong Dae’s ideal woman is no longer Girls’ Generation’s YoonA





During Lee Yong Dae‘s interview with MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘, the athlete revealed that his ideal woman has changed from Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA to fencer Shin Ah Lam.


During the recording in which Park Tae Hwan, Shin Ah Lam, Lee Yong Dae, and other representative athletes participated, fencer Shin Ah Lam chose badminton player Lee Yong Dae as the athlete she likes the most expressing, “When I see athlete Lee Yong Dae at the athlete’s village, I unintentionally look at him as if I’m looking at a celebrity.


In response to Shin Ah Lam’s statement, athlete Lee Yong Dae who had picked Girls’ Generation’s YoonA as his ideal woman last year replied, “My ideal type has changed to athlete Shin Ah Lam.”


In addition, when asked about her ’1 second’ controversy that became one of this year’s biggest Olympic scandals for South Korea, Shin Ah Lam stated, “That one second stopped and never passed. I think that second, to this moment, has probably yet to pass” and offered her honest thoughts.

Wonder Girls’ Sohee talks about her ideal type





Wonder GirlsSohee has caught the attention of fans after revealing her ideal type on MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘.


Cameras visited the set of Sohee’s recent photoshoot for a brief interview, and discussed fashion, ideal type, and more.


On the topic of her ideal type, Sohee selected actor Park Hae Il and revealed the reason why she’s attracted to him. “He has this mysterious charm where he seems like a nice guy, but he also seems bad, and vice-versa.”


When asked if she would work with him in the future, Sohee simply laughed and nodded.


After watching the broadcast, viewers left comments like, “She must really like Park Hae Il“, “She’s so cute!

CNBLUE reveals the member that acts differently around fans + member with the worst sleeping habits





CNBLUE‘s Minhyuk commented on leader Yonghwa‘s two personalities on the August 26th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘.


In the broadcast, the members jokingly picked on Yonghwa and explained that he acts differently in front of fans. Minhyuk stated, while cautiously keeping an eye out on Yonghwa’s reaction, “Yonghwa hyung is good at playing cool [in front of the fans]“, making the rest of the members laugh.


The members also revealed the member with the worst sleeping habits on the show. Yonghwa ratted out, “Jungshin complains out loud in his sleep“, drawing attention from fans.


Minhyuk is currently making a name for himself as an actor on ‘You Who Rolled in Unexpectedly‘, while Jungshin has landed a role on the upcoming drama ‘My Daughter Soyoung‘.

Past images of actress Shin Se Kyung have been drawing attention.


Shin Se Kyung appeared on August 19th’s airing of ‘Section TV‘, where she had an honest talk.


On this day, ‘Section TV’ played old clips of Shin Se Kyung when she appeared on an English education video as well as in one of Seo Tae Ji‘s music videos as a child. The actress seemed embarrassed as she watched old clips of herself, responding, “Why was I like this?


Despite being embarrassed, she commented, “I am so cute,” and brought laughter to the staff on set.


When asked about how she felt about being known as the girl from Seo Tae Ji’s first solo album ‘Take Five‘, she replied, “I don’t remember exactly, but I heard I was the best among everyone else during auditions.” She continued, “I was young so I did not realize [the fame]. I just thought it was cool how my picture was hung in music stores.


Netizens commented, “She looked so cute,” “She was flawless even as a child,” and “The best at the auditions… she really is something.

Park Jung Hyun and Kim Yuna look alike?





Park Jung Hyun’s interview on MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘, that aired on the 22nd, mentioned the singer’s similarities to figure-skater Kim Yuna.


During the interview Park Seul Ki said, “You and Kim Yuna look alike“. To which Park Jung Hyun replied, “I’ve heard that alot“.


Park Jung Hyun went on to talk about when she filmed a CF with Kim Yuna. “I sang with Kim Yuna for a CF. I thought no one would say we looked alike when they saw us next to each other, but everyone said we looked exactly the same.”


Park Jung Hyun then said, “But I feel bad for Yuna. She’s being compared to an old lady“.

Kang Sora attracts attention with her long legs







Actress Kang Sora is attracting attention for her endless long legs.


On the July 1st broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Section TV’, an interview was held with Kang Sora in a public bath house.


The interviewer, Park Seulgi, was especially intrigued with the length of Kang Sora’s legs by which she measured Sora’s legs with a tape measure. The tape measure revealed that Sora’s legs are an incredible 1 meter (39.4 inches) long displaying her perfect height-to-leg ratio as she stands at 168cm tall (5ft. 6in.).


Furthermore, Seulgi faced an embarassing situation when she placed her legs next to Sora as their leg lengths were considerably different.


In addition, Kang Sora also revealed in this broadcast of ‘Section TV’ that her actual body weight is different than what is stated on her internet profile.

Ryu Seung Bum and Gong Hyo Jin selected as the #1 celebrity couple by ‘Section TV’





Actor Ryu Seung Bum and his long time girlfriend, actress Gong Hyo Jin, have been selected as the #1 celebrity couple.


On the June 17th installment of MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘, the segment ‘Star Ranking‘ revealed rankings for the most beautiful couples who went public with their relationships.


Out of the numerous couples that made the list, Ryu Seung Bum and Gong Hyo Jin, who are known to have been together since 2001, snagged the #1 spot. On a past broadcast program, Gong Hyo Jin recalled the time she first met her boyfriend saying, “My first impression of Ryu Seung Bum wasn’t good. We used to get in a lot of arguments when we first dated.”


Gong Hyo Jin also revealed that she would visit the filming set whenever her boyfriend had a love or kiss scene.


On the contrary, Ryu Seung Bum expressed his deep affection for his girlfriend saying, “She’s my best friend, colleague, and the person I’m most comfortable with.”


Meanwhile, trailing behind in 2nd place were Se7en & Park Han Byul, who have been dating for 11 years, and Jung Suk Won & Baek Ji Young in 3rd place.


Other couples included Lee Hyori & Lee Sang Soon, Jung Kyung Mi & Yoon Hyung Bin, Lim Yo Hwan & Kim Ga Yeon, Yoon Seung Ah & Kim Moo Yeol, and Shinji & Yoo Byung Jae.

Child actor Wang Suk Hyun confesses his feelings for a classmate on TV





Child actor Wang Suk Hyun revealed he currently has a crush on his fellow female classmate.


On the June 17th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘,  when the reporter asked Wang Suk Hyun if he currently has a girlfriend, Suk Hyun revealed that he was currently single.  However, he further went on to explain, “I don’t have a girlfriend but I do have a friend that I like in school. The girl’s name is Yoon (XX)“.


Wang Suk Hyun then sent his crush a video love letter and said, ”I like you a lot, it would be nice if you would like me a lot too. Please watch me in the future and enjoyably watch our drama.


In related news, Wang Suk Hyun is currently starring in MBC’s ‘Can’t Live Without You‘.

Which comedian did Jo In Sung admit he looks like?





On the June 17th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘, Jo In Sung admitted he looks like comedian Yoon Jong Shin.


On this episode, when the reporter asked Jo In Sung to give his thoughts on being Yoon Jong Shin’s look-alike, Jo In Suk stated,  ”I think people are saying I look like Yoon Jong Shin because I am younger than him.


Upon looking at a photo comparing the two men, Jo In Sung reflected, “I think I do look like him. I must take care of myself really well from now on. I hope I can look much cooler as I become older. I will try my best to look better than [Yoon Jong Shin] hyung when I become his age“, causing viewers to laugh with his seriousness.

SISTAR’s Bora has difficulty balancing due to her skinny ankles





SISTAR‘s Bora caught the attention of viewers with her skinny ankles.


SISTAR was interviewed for the June 3rd installment of MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘, in which the members shared a few interesting stories and some surprising facts.


An NG clip of the girls during their MV shoot for ‘Alone‘ was revealed, showing member Bora losing her balance during their choreography.


Leader Hyorin pointed out that it was due to Bora’s extremely thin ankles, “Bora’s ankles are very slender. They’re so slender that you can grab it with just one hand like this,” and showed viewers by wrapping her hands around her ankle.


Maknae Dasom then chipped in, “Bora unnie always dances in front of me so whenever I see her slightly losing balance, I get so nervous thinking she might fall.”


Despite it being a challenge for her, Bora stated, “I’m doing my best for my role in the center.”

SISTAR performed 50 events in one month!





Girl group SISTAR recently discussed their busy event schedule.


On June 3rd’s airing of MBC’s ‘Section TV‘, SISTAR was asked about how many events they perform at and they replied, “When there were a lot, we performed at least 50 events in one month.


They continued, “We received calls from Busan, Gwangju, Daegu, all over the place. Recently we performed on stage at four universities in Seoul in thirty minute intervals. At one event, we sing four songs live. We’re very tired by the last stage.


SISTAR was then asked what kind of event has the most excited crowd and they answered, “As expected, military camps have the most excited crowd.


Looks like their popularity is really soaring lately.

SISTAR’s Hyorin expresses her love for Kang Dong Won





SISTAR‘s leader Hyorin expressed her unconditional love for actor Kang Dong Won!


Cameras for the May 27th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Section TV – Star Ranking‘ visited Hyorin in a waiting room, as the singer had been selected as one of the numerous female celebrities that had selected actor Kang Dong Won as their ideal type.


Hyorin was unable to contain her joy as she was gifted a life-sized panel of the actor to which she immediately hugged.


When asked to say a few words to her rivals who had also chosen Kang Dong Won as their ideal type, Hyorin said, “I don’t know when they started to like Kang Dong Won oppa, but I liked him ever since I was born.”


Hyorin’s rivals included KARA‘s Seungyeon and Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon.

Jung Il Woo confesses that he does not like the size of his feet





Actor Jung Il Woo recently opened up about what he thought of himself.


On May 13th’s airing of MBC’s ‘Section TV‘, Jung Il Woo was asked on why he said that he wasn’t a flower boy. Jung Il Woo explained saying, “It’s true. In my opinion, I don’t consider myself a flower boy because there are many handsome sunbaes out there like Wonbin.”


The show then asked Jung Il Woo what he likes the least about himself. The star answered, “My feet because they are very small. I wear a size of 250mm so it is hard for me to find shoes.


Jung Il Woo was then asked what he likes the most about himself and he answered, “I like my fingers the best.” Jung Il Woo proudly showed off his fingers to the camera with a dazzling smile and brought laughter to the set.

Lee Jun Ki’s first impression of Shin Min Ah, “I felt like I was looking at a celebrity”





 


It seems as though 2AM‘s Seulong isn’t the only celebrity who’s a huge fan of Shin Min Ah. Actor Lee Jun Ki guested on a recent episode of MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘ and revealed his first impression of Shin Min Ah.


Reporter Park Seul Ki began by discussing his drama comeback. “I heard you’ll be making a comeback through the upcoming drama, ‘Arang and the Magistrate.”


After being officially discharged from the military back on February 16th, Lee Jun Ki landed a role for upcoming MBC historical drama, ‘Arang and the Magistrate’.


In response to the reporter, he nodded and spoke up about his first impression of actress Shin Min Ah, who would be playing the lead female role in the drama. “I felt like I was looking at a celebrity,” he said, bringing much laughter on set.


When we first met, I continuously praised her which caused her to say a few words.” As the reporter and viewers were left curious to know her response, Lee Jun Ki finally revealed, “She said ‘you’re making me feel uncomfortable’,” causing viewers to burst into laughter.


In addition to the segment, footage of Lee Jun Ki recently celebrating his 31st birthday with fans was aired.
