The new photos continue their ‘sporty’ concept, with the girls dolled up in multicolored track jackets and sporting some trendy jewelry.

A collection of pictures of girl group members with and without makeup have surfaced, attracting much attention from fans and netizens.
The collection of photos that have been making its way around on online portals feature After School‘s NaNa and Lizzy, T-ara‘s Jiyeon, miss A‘s Min, and Brown Eyed Girls‘ Ga In and Narsha.
The pictures surprised many who are unfamiliar with the differences in image that eye makeup can create, for the members give off a more fresh and innocent charm in their before pictures rather than the sexy image they usually show off on stage.

After School / Orange Caramel‘s Lizzy revealed a few aegyo filled selcas.
On August 14th, Lizzy revealed three sets of pictures as she tweeted, “Japanese Okya version! Yasashi Lizzy jjang♥♥♥ Even three ddak ddak ddak!!”
The pictures showed Lizzy in a fancy stage outfit. The sparkled ribbon and the whole outfit reminded the viewers of the school girl costume made famous by Sailor Moon.
To match Orange Caramel‘s Japanese debut album ‘My Sweet Devil‘, Lizzy wore a headband featuring orange devil horns which looked great with her light colored hair.
The netizens who saw the selcas commented, “Lizzy is so cute“, “The horn headband looks good on you“, “The heart below your eyes is cute“, and “The stage outfit is fancy.”

Turns out After School‘s NaNa has pretty underarms in addition to her beautiful face.
The August 7th broadcast of Mnet‘s ‘Yoo Sae Yoon’s Art Video‘ created a supportive UCC for the Olympic athletes as well as the Korean fans.
Yoo Sae Yoon began explaining to the After School girls the physical activities they needed to partake in, and the girls remarked with concern, “There actually aren’t too many members that are good at sports and like to exercise.”
Seizing an opportunity to tease the girls, Yoo Sae Yoon made reference to After School’s Japanese deodorant advertisement by saying, ”You girls probably don’t sweat that much either, since you use a lot of deodorant.”
In the past, the girls had shot an advertisement for Japanese deodorant brand ‘Rexena‘, where they boldly bared their underarms while pulling off a fierce dance dressed in sexy attire.
Member Lizzy then unexpectedly revealed, “NaNa unnie has the cleanest armpits, so hers are the main armpits,” causing the entire set to erupt into laughter.
Viewers who watched the episode responded with, “Lizzy sure knows how to make people laugh on a variety show,” as well as “No wonder, NaNa looked so confident in those ads,” and “NaNa is popular in Japan for her underarms?”

There is no such thing as the ‘power of bangs’! After School‘s Lizzy proved this on July 24th with a beautiful new selca she shared on her Twitter account, in which her bangs are missing.
Lizzy tweeted with the new picture, “My forehead!“. Lizzy’s bangs, which are normally always present, are missing, but she looks amazing anyway. Her ‘smoky’ style make-up and blonde hair give her a ‘foreign’ look, adding more to the gorgeous shot.
Netizens responded, “She’s so pretty even without bangs“, “She definitely looks like a doll“, “Did she lose weight?“, and “She gets prettier by the day“.

In the upcoming episode of ‘Weekly Idol’, After School made an appearance and revealed how Lizzy frequently stressed out the older members.
Member Uee stated, “Lizzy hasn’t been listening to anything we tell her because she says we stress her out.”
Joo Yeon also shocked everyone in the studio by stating, “We have to be careful around Lizzy these days because she is keeping a death note.” When Lizzy was asked, “Whose name do you write the most in the book?” she answered with fellow member Joo Yeon and revealed the different times she felt disappointed from her actions.
This episode of ‘Weekly Idol’ will air on the 25th.

In a classic case of the “for science!” excuse, After School‘s Lizzy recently revealed that one of her methods of learning facial expressions was by watching adult films.
On a recent broadcast of the radio show ‘Boom’s Young Street’, radio DJ Boom asked, “Your title track “Flashback” is a sexy concept. Wasn’t that hard for our Lizzy, who has always been cute?”
“It was very stressful to try to be sexy when I’m not,” Lizzy confessed. “So I asked UEE unnie what I should do to be more sexy, and she told me to think about perverted thoughts. So I watched many adult films.”
Boom then followed up by asking if it actually worked, to which Lizzy replied, “But I found I just couldn’t do those kinds of expressions onstage, and you’re not supposed to. So I turned off the lights off at night and practiced by myself.”
Her story garnered different reactions from listeners, with one pointing out that “she has been trolled by UEE“, while another said – more straightforwardly – “Lizzy is so cute”.

After School‘s Lizzy has fans talking about her resemblance to an emoticon from the smartphone application KakaoTalk.
Lizzy posted to Twitter on the 30th, “The [upset emoticon] from KakaoTalk and I look exactly alike, oohaha.”
Fans commented, “I think Lizzy’s a little prettier,” “When I look at it like this, they really do look alike,” and “Whenever I see this emoticon, I’m going to think of Lizzy now.”
On another note, After School completed their first comeback performance of “Flashback” on June 21 KST.

On June 20th, After School held a press conference for their “Flashback” comeback and revealed what they would do if they won first place.
When asked to make a pledge for their first place win, UEE replied, “I’d like to take off our heels for our encore stage and perform barefoot.” Lizzy added, “We’ll perform our encore stage with half the members bare faced and the other half wearing make up.”
The other members rejected the pledges, jokingly stating, “Those are just their own thoughts, not ours!”, while UEE replied back with determination, “I’ll take responsibility in making sure that all of the members take their shoes off.”

After School‘s Lizzy revealed a shot of the ice cream that comedian Jung Hyung Don bought for her.
On the 21st, Lizzy uploaded the above picture by tweeting, “Jung Hyung Don oppa bought me two big sized ice creams. Oppa really jjang. Busan oppa. It’s so good. Hyung Don and Dae Joon jjang.”
The revealed picture showed different colors of ice cream flavors in a big tub, which seems like the perfect treat on a hot day.
Lizzy and Jung Hyung Don are both from Busan and they had the chance to greet each other on the 21st at Mnet‘s ‘M Countdown‘ where After School had their comeback stage.
After hearing about Lizzy’s ice cream, netizens commented, “How nice of him to gift a Busan junior with ice cream“, “This is the first time I found out Jung Hyung Don was from Busan“, and “Jung Hyung Don…seems like he would be a good oppa that buys a lot of food for his juniors.”

In a complete 180-degree turnaround from her usual cheery, aegyo-filled self, Lizzy’s teaser picture confirms After School’s resolve to return to their sexy concept with black mesh clothing and a seductive, sultry pose.

4minute member Gayoon expressed confidence in her bare face.
On the May 16th episode of ‘Weekly Idol‘, the members of 4minute, who are currently promoting their track “Volume Up“, appeared as guests.
On the show, the 4minute members spoke up about rumors surrounding them in a segment called “Exclusive Scoop Idol News!”. Gayoon talked about a few different situations that have arose because of her age.
In one particular story, Gayoon said, “When I first met Lizzy from After School, I called her unnie because she was taller than me. Lizzy just accepted it too.”
Gayoon mentioned that because she does not watch much TV, there are times she meets idols whose ages she’s not aware of, which leads her to call them unnie. She continued, “I think I look old, but when I take off my makeup, I look young.”

Following the announcement of Sungmin and Hyorin‘s pairing, MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon has been confirmed to be the partner of After School‘s Lizzy for MBC‘s Lunar New Year special, ‘Pit-a-pat Shake‘!
On January 5th, an aerobics coach who had joined the show for its first recording revealed that he had worked with Lizzy and Lee Joon, thus confirming that they were a couple.
That only leaves SECRET‘s Sunhwa and KARA‘s Seungyeon left. Fans previously managed to dig up that Sunhwa and Lizzy’s partners were a singer and an actor, which now means that Sunhwa’s partner is an actor.
As previously revealed, this spin-off has a chance of becoming a regular show in the ‘Sunday Night‘ corner should it do well in viewer ratings.

KARA‘s Seungyeon, After School’s Lizzy, SISTAR‘s Hyorin, and SECRET‘s Sunhwa have been confirmed for MBC‘s new ‘We Got Married‘ spin-off, ‘Pit-a-pat Shake‘.
On January 6th, PD Jun Sung Ho revealed, “We recently completed the first shoot with Seungyeon, Lizzy, Hyorin, Sunhwa, and their male partners. The atmosphere was great, and I think it will be fun for the audience to watch the stories these couples create.”
When asked about the male partners, they revealed, “We cannot reveal that yet. There’s a mix of singers and actors.”
He continued, “The female stars showed a side to them that isn’t normally seen. Seungyeon had unique ideas about dating with a strong feminine side, while Hyorin was cool about everything. Sunhwa was also different from the ‘blank sheet’ character she’s known to be. Lizzy was well-loved by the male stars and worked hard to escape her ‘saturi’ image. Still, she couldn’t help but slip in her country dialect now and then, which was cute.”
The spin-off is the dating version of ‘We Got Married’. The continuation of the show will depend on how the viewers receive it for now.
