Shindong admits his girlfriend has G-Dragon’s photo as her cell phone wallpaper

Super Junior‘s Shindong expressed his envy of Big Bang‘s leader G-Dragon.

Shindong guest-featured on the September 5th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Radio Star‘, where MC Yoo Sae Yoon suddenly asked Shindong where his girlfriend lived.

“Someone on the bus had your picture as her cell phone wallpaper, so I concluded that it was your girlfriend,” Yoo Sae Yoon said to Shindong.

Getting a laugh out of this, Shindong responded, “Let me tell you something funny. The wallpaper to my girlfriend’s cell phone is not one of me, but of G-Dragon.”

“She doesn’t like when I contact other female celebrities, but when I get jealous of G-Dragon, she doesn’t understand why I get mad because she claims she is just a fan,” he explained.

Also on the episode were fellow Super Junior members Eunhyuk, Siwon, and Leeteuk.

UV’s Yoo Sae Yoon reveals poster for first solo concert

Comedian Yoo Sae Yoon of parody music group UV has revealed the poster for the group’s first solo concert.

On August 28 KST, Yoo Sae Yoon posted to me2day: “UV’s first concert! I’m so nervous I think I’ll pee on stage. Everyone come and watch. Pee party.”

The poster he revealed, a parody of the American film ‘Back to the Future‘, reads, “UV’s Nationwide Tour – Back to the [Crazy]“.

Fans commented, “It’s funny just seeing the poster,” “Ack, he thinks he’s going to pee… such a frank expression,” and “Back to the crazy? The concert name [makes a bold impression].”

UV’s ‘Back to the Crazy‘ concert is planned for October 6-7, starting with Olympic Park’s Olympic Hall in Seoul.

‘Khuntoria Couple’ Victoria and Nichkhun to appear on ‘Radio Star’ together

2PM member Nichkhun and f(x)‘s Victoria will appear together on an upcoming episode of MBC‘s ‘Radio Star‘.

The most recent filming of MBC’s ‘Radio Star’ was a ‘My Second Hometown Special.’ The two idols already appeared on MBC’s ‘We Got Married‘ and were dubbed ‘Khuntoria’ and really meshed well with one another.  Interest is high for this episode with the news that the two will be appearing together.

During the recording, Victoria revealed the part of the chicken that she likes the best and Nickhun imitated Yoo Sae Yoon’s monkey pose.

Besides the two idols, DJ & Radio Personality Robert Holley will also appear on the show.  The broadcast featuring the three will air on July 11th at 11:15PM KST.

Shin Bora voted as the best comedian singer

Talented comedian Shin Bora has been voted as the ‘best comedian singer’ on a recent survey conducted by music portal site, Monkey3.

The survey was held from June 14th to 20th, asking the question, “The best comedian singer is?” According to the votes, Shin Bora stole the spotlight with 93 (30%) of the 314 votes cast.

Shin Bora has gained an enormous amount of popularity with the releases of “Wait and Prepare” and “I Don Care“, under the group ‘Brave Rascals‘. The comedian later released an OST under her name titled, “Crying With Longing” for the ongoing drama, SBS‘s ‘Phantom‘. The song has placed high on various music charts upon its release.

Jung Hyung Don came in at second with 15% of the votes. The comedian earned praise after releasing the track, “Pure Macho” for the ‘Infinite Challenge – West Coast Highway Music Festival‘. He then formed a duo with hip-hop artist Defconn and has released hit tracks such as, “Olympic Road“, “The Gloomy Song“, and “Yes or No“.

Yoo Sae Yoon and Park Myung Soo tied for third place, followed by Heo Kyung Hwan in 4th and Lee Soo Geun in 5th place.

Comedian Yoo Sae Yoon confirms rumor about his wealth

On SBS ‘Strong Heart‘, which aired on June 26th, comedian Jang Dong Min said, “There is a rumor about Yoo Sae Yoon being rich. The talk of the town is that his assets are worth a trillion won and he is a comedian as a hobby.” Yoo Sae Yoon then avoided the talks of his rumor by saying, “I’m not really greedy about becoming successful or rich.”

When Yoo Sae Yoon didn’t deny the rumors, Jang Dong Min said, “13 years ago, when I went over Yoo Sae Yoon’s house he was using 3 rooms himself. He had 4 beds in his master bedroom, 5 desks, and 2 bathrooms.”

Yoo Sae Yoon then finally agreed, “There was a time when I was well-off. I lived in a four-story house but we rented out the first and second floor while we lived on the third and fourth floor. And when I bought new desks, I didn’t throw out the old ones so I ended up having multiple desks.”

Comedian Yoo Sang Moo is most scared of his best friend Yoo Sae Yoon?

Comedian Yoo Sang Moo chose his best friend Yoo Sae Yoon as the person he is most afraid of on June 25th’s airing of ‘Come To Play‘.

Yoo Sang Moo stated, “The scariest thing in the world is my friend Yoo Sae Yoon. I’m most afraid of guesting on a variety show with him. Yoo Sae Yoon sees me and Jang Dong Min as beneath him.”

He continued, “I can’t even speak whenever Yoo Sae Yoon and I are on a show together. He sneers and laughs at me whenever I talk.”

Another guest on the show, comedian Kim Kyung Jin, chose his agency’s president Park Myung Soo as the person he is the most scared of. He explained, “He reads my true feelings so well, it’s scary. Especially when I curse him, and he figures it out.”

Comedian Jang Dong Min reveals his new “Chia Pet” haircut

Jang Dong Min revealed his “Chia Pet” haircut.

On the June 21st broadcast of KBS2‘s ‘Happy Together 3‘, comedians Jang Dong Min, Yoo Sae Yoon, Yoo Sang Moo, Ahn Sun Young, and Kim Sae Rom appeared as guests.

During the show MC Yoo Jae Suk mentioned, “Jang Dong Min has an interesting hairstyle.”  MC Park Mi Sun continued, “It looks like a Chia Pet,” which caused everyone to burst out in laughter.

Jang Dong Min revealed, “It’s the work of Kim Joon Ho sunbae.“ Kim Joon Ho replied, “Yes, that’s right. [I cut it] as a penalty on a different program.”

Also during the show, Yoo Sang Moo showed that he could shed tears in 5 seconds.

Comedian Yoo Sae Yoon takes back his retirement announcement

Popular comedian Yoo Sae Yoon had recently remarked that he would be retiring from the entertainment industry after three years, receiving much attention from fans and media. The comedian has retracted his statement since then explaining that his statement had been rather hasty.

On June 11th, Yoo Sae Yoon said, “My contract is for 3 years and saying that I will be retiring after it ends, is something any celebrity could say.”

“It it seemed hasty, it probably could have been hasty,” he continued as he also added to lighten the atmosphere, “It was a joke!”

The comedian further confirmed that he will continue to appear on TV when he commented,”I will work even harder from now on.”

Former wrestler Lee Man Gi assures that Kang Ho Dong is doing well

On May 30th’s episode of MBC ‘Radio Star‘, former Korean wrestler Lee Man Gi talked about MC Kang Ho Dong.

‘Radio Star’ MC Yoo Sae Yoon asked the former wrestler, “This might be a personal question, but how is our guru doing?“, referring to Kang Ho Dong. Lee Min Gi answered, “He is doing well. We talked a lot, and just as the soil hardens after the rain, he has further matured and you can see that his pain has sublimated.”

“Does he still eat well?“, the MC continued to ask.

“He does eat well,” Lee Min Gi answered. ”He came to my mother’s funeral and ate nearly three plates.”

Fellow MC Yoon Jong Shin then added, “Once I ate more than 10 servings of meat with Kang Ho Dong. I eat a lot too, but Kang Ho Dong ate nengmyun as dessert and then continued to eat bibimbap afterwards.”

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun jokingly teased for losing the #1 spot to Huh Gak

Kyuhyun explained why Huh Gak was able to triumph Super Junior for the #1 spot in the past.

On the May 16th episode of MBC ‘Radio Star‘, MC Yoo Sae Yoon introduced guest Huh Gak, stating, “He is the first ‘Super Star K’ alumnus to triumph Super Junior for the #1 spot.”

All in good fun of getting the maknae MC riled up, Yoo Sae Yoon then faced Kyuhyun and teased, “You lost?” Yoon Jong Shin joined in on the joke stating, “I heard they got obliterated,” evoking laughter amongst the guests.

Kyuhyun tried to explain patiently, “It happened when we started promoting our follow-up song after “Mr.Simple” had been #1 for five weeks straight.” However, he soon lost his composure as he blurted, “5 weeks is a lot too… what more do you want!” causing everyone to continue roaring in laughter over the hilarious banter.
