Lee Hyori and boyfriend Lee Sang Soon take off on a romantic getaway

 

It’s been reported that singer Lee Hyori and boyfriend Lee Sang Soon have taken off on a romantic getaway to the Island of Palau.

The couple took a five-day four-night trip to the island with acquaintances, from June 28th to July 2nd.

Palau, an island located just south of the Philippines, is often referred to as “The garden of the gods” for the beauty of its natural environment. The two enjoyed their stay at the Pacific Resort and were reported not to be recognized by many other Korean vacationers due to their modest attire.

A local vacationer remarked, “The Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon couple enjoyed their dates, unaffected by other peoples’ gazes. They sparked a lot of talk between Korean visitors. The two decided to travel before the peak vacation season in order to avoid interference from others.”

The two celebrities met on a radio program and have been a couple since last August.

Lee Sang Soon felt awkward after watching Lee Hyori’s sexy performance?

Lee Hyori‘s boyfriend Lee Sang Soon shared that he felt a bit awkward after watching his girlfriend’s sexy performance.

The last episode of ‘Golden 12‘ that will air on the 21st will show behind the scenes footage of the concert BODA that Lee Hyori and her friends put together.

The concert kicked off with Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon’s sweet performance, which was then followed by exciting performances by stars such as Leessang, John Park, Busker Busker, Harim, Son Sung Je, and Yoon Young Bae. Actress Gong Hyo Jin also went on stage to recite a poem she wrote about ‘Animal Love‘.

The highlight of the concert was, of course, Lee Hyori’s sexy performances. The diva, who has been on a hiatus from her singing career, made the crowd go wild by performing “U Go Girl” and “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang“.

After seeing the different Lee Hyori on stage, Jang Bum Joon commented, “It’s the Hyori Noona we don’t know“. Lee Sang Soon, also seemed to be at awe, as he said, “This is the first time seeing this side of her. It feels so strange. I shouldn’t have seen it. I think it’s going to be awkward between us from now on,” evoking laughter from those around him.

Lee Sang Soon’s parents are supportive of Lee Hyori

Lee Sang Soon shared that his parents are supportive of his superstar girlfriend, Lee Hyori.

The June 14th broadcast of ‘Lee Hyori’s Social Club Golden 12‘ followed the cast of the reality show as they prepared for the BODA concert. Hyori’s boyfriend Lee Sang Soon was also present throughout the rehearsal as the concert’s music director.

During break, Hyori told the ‘Golden 12′ members, “Oppa’s mom and dad are coming,” surprising Lee Sang Soon.

The social club members remarked, “I’m nervous [for you],” and “Are you sure they won’t be surprised when they see Lee Hyori dance?” Hyori added, “[What if they disapprove and say] she’s no good.”

However, Lee Sang Soon reassured her, “They might make a placard and bring it.”

Hyori receives a visit from boyfriend Lee Sang Soon on ‘Golden 12′

Lee Hyori and boyfriend Lee Sang Soon recently displayed their affection for each other.

On June 14th, On Style‘s ‘Golden 12′ broadcasted backstage footage of Lee Hyori and the other ‘Golden 12′ members preparing for the ‘[bo:da]‘ concert. During the concert rehearsal, Lee Sang Soon visited his girlfriend and lounged around the waiting room.

Upon seeing him, Hyori jokingly greeted Lee Sang Soon with a, “Long time no see.“ She proceeded to then take a seat next to her boyfriend and added, “[Excuse me, but] This is the performers’ waiting room.”

Lee Sang Soon was quick to retort, however, as he said, “[Excuse me, but] I’m going to perform.”

To this, Hyori bowed her head and laughed, displaying that she shares a comfortable and playful relationship with her boyfriend.

Baek Ji Young & Lee Hyori compliment each other’s boyfriends on ‘You & I’

Singer Baek Ji Young discussed the pros and cons of openly dating her boyfriend, actor Jung Suk Won who is 9 years younger than her.

On the June 3rd episode of SBS‘s ‘You & I‘, Baek Ji Young remarked, “Because we’re dating publicly, we can go anywhere rather comfortably.”

But she also added, “But it is a little uncomfortable at times because I have to veil my emotions when we’ve had an argument.”

The singer is also realistic. “We don’t know how it’ll all turn out in the end. To be honest, we could break up if we wanted to… but there will be a lot of people who will comfort me if we split.”

MC Lee Hyori then praised Jung Suk Won saying, “I saw him at the hair salon, and he’s good looking, he’s just a really attractive guy.”

Baek Ji Young then returned the favor saying, “I saw ‘Healing Camp‘ when they released a photo of [Lee Sang Soon] playing the guitar. He has very sexy arms.”

“Only when you look that hard, you can see his appeals…” Hyori said with a laugh. “As long as he looks good in my eyes, that’s all that matters.”

Lee Hyori reveals her thoughts on marrying boyfriend Lee Sang Soon

Singer Lee Hyori revealed her thoughts on marrying her current boyfriend, Lee Sang Soon.

On the May 24th episode of OnStyle‘s ‘Lee Hyori’s Social Club Golden 12‘, Hyori met with former Miss Korea Lee Honey to bake a few vegan treats.

While baking, the girls answered a few questions that were sent in by fans via SNS. One of the questions asked to both Lee Hyori and Lee Honey was when they wanted to get married.

Honey then asked Hyori, “Unni, when will you get married?”, to which Hyori answered honestly, “Well, he has to ask me to…,” which drew some attention.

“I don’t like lavish weddings or getting a diamond ring, but I want to receive a really unique proposal that only I can receive,” she continued.

Hyori and the Golden12 members then participated in a psychological drawing test, and Hyori’s results determined she would marry a man of the same age. “I guess I’m not marrying oppa,” she said, looking a bit disappointed.

“I guess that just means I’ll meet someone new. Goodbye LSS (Lee Sang Soon),” she said, evoking laughter on set.

Viewers who caught the episode remarked, “I guess she is thinking about marrying Lee Sang Soon“, “Lee Sang Soon! You’re going to lose Hyori!”, and “Lee Sang Soon should start preparing his proposal now.”

Korean diva, Lee Hyori is drawing attention through her recent collaboration performance with her boyfriend, Lee Sang Soon!

On the May 13th broadcast of SBS‘s ‘You and I‘, singer Yoon Young Bae and Lee Hyori’s boyfriend, Lee Sang Soon made an appearance and performed on the stage.

During the show, Yoon Young Bae and Lee Hyori presented a powerful performance as a duo through their strong vocals.  Lee Sang Soon also stepped in to support them with his amazing guitar skills.  After the performance was over, Lee Hyori praised Yoo Young Bae.  ”Yoo Young Bae has this magic that makes you want to help him.  I met him when he wrote the animal protection campaign song, ‘Remember‘ for me“, she said.

MC Jung Jae Hyung chipped in to talk about her boyfriend.  ”So it wasn’t Lee Sang Soon who wrote the song” to which Hyori answered, “Lee Sang Soon wrote the song, but Yoon Young Bae made the lyrics.”

In addition, Yoon Sang and Kim Chang Wan band also made an appearance and performed a song of their own.

Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon display their sweet affection for one another

Musician Lee Sang Soon who is currently in a relationship with Korea’s superstar Lee Hyori recently displayed his cute love and affection for her.

On May 9th, Hyori utilized Twitter to send her boyfriend a screenshot of an article titled, “Hyori’s perfect body that even Lee Sang Soon falls for,” hilariously asking him, “Are you sure?”

Lee Sang Soon then jokingly replied to her tweet saying, “Who is this?”

Webcomic artist Kang Full who saw their Twitter interaction then decided to chime in and say, “It’s me.”

Lee Sang Soon then replied to Kang Full, displaying his sweet affection for Hyori. “Oh, so it was you,” he said. ”I thought I saw a pretty flower.”

Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon first revealed their relationship to the public last November.

Lee Sang Soon & Lee Juk poke fun at John Park with congratulatory wreaths

Lee Sang Soon and singer Lee Juk are causing talk with their messages poking fun at John Park.

On May 2nd, singer John Park shared the photos of the wreaths below and the message, “Music and Lyrics, Park Jin Hee & John Park’s mini-concert. Thank you to the mischievous Sang Soon and Juk hyungs.”

Lee Sang Soon had sent a congratulatory wreath that read “Date!”, while singer Lee Juk wrote, “Please focus on the music only, you two.”

Their wreaths seem to be a response to John Park and Park Jin Hee’s baseball stadium kiss that quickly became a hot topic of conversation amongst netizens.

“They look good together, don’t they?” the fans wrote in response to John’s tweet, along with “They really should date,” and “Lee Sang Soon’s one word delivers a hard punch.”

Lee Hyori & Lee Sang Soon to stand on same stage for the first time since announcing relationship

Singer Lee Hyori and current boyfriend Lee Sang Soon will be standing on the same stage for the first time since going public with their relationship.

Lee Sang Soon will be on the stage as a guitarist on SBS music program ‘You And I‘, a program which Hyori is currently serving as an MC.

According to SportsDongA, Lee Sang Soon will be participating in the filming to take place on May 1st, and he will be playing the guitar for singer Yoon Young Bae who will be a guest on that episode.

Lee Sang Soon’s representatives remarked, “He will only be playing the guitar on Yoon Young Bae’s stage. As far as we know, there are no plans for him to take part in conversation with Hyori.”

There are no plans for Lee Sang Soon to be interviewed by Hyori and fellow MC Jung Jae Hyung, however this episode is drawing interest as it is the very first time the two will be on the same program since acknowledging their relationship.

Lee Sang Soon to make acting debut in film ‘The Heaven is Only Open to the Single’

Musician Lee Sang Soon, who’s been in the media lately for being Lee Hyori‘s boyfriend, will be making his film debut!

Lee Sang Soon has been picked up as the lead for the film ‘The Heaven is Only Open to the Single!‘, which will be his first attempt at acting. The movie is planned to be released at the 13th Jeonju International Film Festival.

‘The Heaven is Only Open to the Single!’ is directed by Jo Sung Gyu, who’s previously worked on the film ‘Second Half‘, and tells the story of a top actress who gets caught in a scandal with a comedian. After getting dumped by the gagman, the actress’ agency sets dating restrictions. The top actress, played by Choi Yoon So of ‘Secret Garden‘, will then meet a starving musician, who will give her life a little shake.

Besides Lee Sang Soon, other musicians who will be appearing in the film are guitarist Lee Neung Ryong, singer-songwriter Lim Ju Yeon, bassist Jung Joong Yup, and others.

The black-and-white photo drew much attention as the two, who were labeled as ‘Beauty and the Beast’ upon going public with their relationship, looked rather good together. Dressed comfortably and posing affectionately, the couple looked to be extremely close. Hyori’s flawless profile shot as well as Lee Sang Soon’s muscular build earned the high praises of ‘Healing Camp’ viewers.

“Hope the two will be happy together,” fans commented online. They also added, “Hyori is so pretty,” and “Envious of Lee Sang Soon!”

Lee Hyori wants to throw a party for all of her ex-boyfriends

On the April 23rd episode of SBS ‘Healing Camp‘, guest Lee Hyori remarked that she felt apologetic towards her ex-boyfriends.

“In the past, it was hard to get in contact with me when I was out drinking, and I behaved rather capriciously,” she said. “My boyfriends offered me unconditional love, but because I was so unstable, I think I hurt them a lot.”

“I want to go somewhere like Paris and invite all of my former boyfriends. I want to see all of them again, altogether,” she continued, leaving the MCs in shock.

“I think I’m probably getting a bit ahead of myself, but that’s how I feel,” she explained. “It’s so unfortunate that you are best friends while dating but your entire relationship comes to an end when you stop loving each other.”

MC Han Hae Jin then asked if Hyori would like to see the former girlfriends of her current boyfriend Lee Sang Soon as well. “No way,” she said flatly. “I don’t want to see the sight of them,” she added, causing the hosts to laugh hysterically.

When asked how she would react if her boyfriend wanted to throw a similar party for his own former flames, Hyori responded, “I would show up as the hottest and sexiest girl there and act real cool about it, then nag him like crazy the next day,” causing the MCs to continue howling in laughter.

Meanwhile, Hyori drew attention for the way she endearingly spoke of her boyfriend on the show.

Lee Hyori admits she made the first move with Lee Sang Soon

Lee Hyori confessed that she made the first move in her relationship with boyfriend Lee Sang Soon.

On the April 23rd episode of ‘Healing Camp‘, Lee Hyori praised her boyfriend, saying, “Lee Sang Soon is a person who is like an unshakeable tree. He is warm, and he will always be there for you.”

When MC Lee Kyung Kyu asked, “What was your family’s reaction after your relationship with Lee Sang Soon was revealed?” Lee Hyori answered, “Truthfully, my mom cried when she found out.” When asked for the reason, Lee Hyori’s blunt answer, “Because he’s ugly,” caused everyone on set to erupt into laughter.

However, Lee Hyori followed up with her true feelings for her significant other, saying, “I became interested in Lee Sang Soon after seeing his simple and prudent image. I felt like liked me as well, but he didn’t do anything to approach me, so while we were walking down a small path in Jejudo I asked him, ‘Do you want to go out with me?’ He answered, ‘okay’.”

Lee Hyori talks about her boyfriend’s humble nature

Sexy Queen Hyori talked about what attracted her to her current boyfriend.

On the April 23rd broadcast of SBS ‘Healing Camp‘, Hyori shared the love story behind herself and her boyfriend Lee Sang Soon.

“He first contacted me for advice when adopting a dog… I liked the way he took his time to select a dog to adopt,” she said. “Seeing his prudent and cautious nature, I thought that he must be a good guy.”

“But back then, we were not romantically interested in one another,” she continued. “We became close while writing a song to support and help abandoned animals. While listening to the song, I realized I really liked his voice.”

“I’ve never met anyone like Sang Soon oppa who is so easy-going when it comes to money,” she added. “He does not chase money, and what’s most important to him is his own happiness. He lives within his means, whether he has a lot or a little.”

Hyori revealed that she became further attracted to him after visiting his home. “He had a small rooftop home, and it was so well-decorated and charming. He had a lot of books, and a lot of flowers. I thought, this person prioritized happiness and fulfillment, more than money.”

“He had more happiness than gold, and until then, I only had a lot of gold,” she continued. “Taking that into consideration, he probably didn’t dislike me too much either,” she joked, causing the MCs laugh.

Viewers showed their support for Hyori and Lee Sang Soon saying, “Lee Sang Soon really must be a good guy. Wish them the best.”
