BTS photos from ‘Cass Light’ CF with Lee Dong Wook and CL surface

A compilation of photos titled ‘Lee Dong Wook‘s cute body language” was recently posted on an online community site showcasing a few behind-the-scenes photos from the recent ‘Cass Light‘ CF filming.

Although CL comfortably strikes a sexy pose, Lee Dong Wook is unable to hold his balance with his awkward pose and is seen falling over to the side. CL tries to hold in her laughter as she smiles, and fans also couldn’t help but laugh at Lee Dong Wook’s attempt.

“Lee Dong Wook is a klutz“, “CL is sexy“, and “The two surprisingly look together” were a few of the responses from netizens.

Wooyoung reveals his toned abs on ‘Strong Heart’

Shin Dong Yup of ‘Strong Heart‘ made a hilarious comment about Wooyoung‘s chiseled body.

2PM‘s Wooyoung recently gained spotlight when he showed off his upgraded body on the cover of ‘Men’s Health‘ magazine. Thus, it was no surprise that the guests on set demanded to see his abs in person. Wooyoung obliged to their requests and lifted his shirt, revealing his toned abs on the set, leaving the audience and other guests in awe as they commented, “His body is really nice.”

MC Shin Dong Yup also added, “It’s like I’m looking at Bruce Lee‘s lean muscles.” He then comically commented, “The chest muscles are a perfect size and even the areola,” while raising his hands to his chest gesturing around the area, causing the studio to laugh in shock.

When the audience started mumbling, Shin Dong Yup explained, “I mean even if a body is well made, if the nipples are too small, it’s not good to look at,” further digging himself into a hole as the audience continued to laugh at his observation.

Lee Dong Wook, the other MC, quickly wrapped up the conversation by saying, “Anyways, Wooyoung’s abs are really fantastic.”

Lee Dong Wook hangs out in Australia for ‘SURE’ magazine

SBS‘s ‘Strong Heart’ MC and actor Lee Dong Wook has taken the time to model for ‘SURE’ magazine.

With only his manager and a ‘SURE’ photographer to accompany him, Lee Dong Wook traveled all the way to Australia for this pictorial. Specifically, the actor visited various tourist spots in Gold Coast, Queensland. The location seems to be the perfect choice for a photo shoot, as the beach and city scenes provide dynamic, background visuals and produce the image of an ideal vacation spot.

Lee Dong Wook, himself, seemed to enjoy the trip, as he has shared via his me2day a picture of himself enjoying the Gold Coast, along with the caption, “Hi~, it’s been a while!! This is Australia. Gold Coast. [I'm updating with this picture] because the rainbow is pretty~.” And indeed, the slight hint of a rainbow in the background helps to showcase the beauty of the beach.

‘SURE’ magazine representatives who assisted with the photo shoot commented with their own opinions on the trip, saying, “Although it’s disappointing that we were unable to fit surfing into our schedule, [we feel that] the country that maintains its summer warmth even in the winter is interesting, and we enjoyed our peaceful trip.”

Lee Dong Wook to endorse ‘Cass Light’ with 2NE1′s CL

Actor Lee Dong Wook has been selected as the newest endorsement model for ‘Cass Light‘!

Known as the representative light beer of Korea, Lee Dong Wook will be kicking off a fresh start for the brand as their new model. Since his discharge from the army last year, he’s been involved in a variety of activities like emceeing for ‘Strong Heart‘ and has risen as an almighty entertainer that viewers are more than comfortable seeing on screen.

Riding on his popularity, love calls from the advertisement industry have been reportedly pouring in. In the end, it was with ‘Cass Light’ that clinched a deal with Lee Dong Wook, helping him rise as the newest ‘CF King’ in the market.

Lee Dong Wook will be working with 2NE1‘s CL for a new advertisement due to come out this month.

IU thanks Lee Dong Wook for selecting her as his ideal type

Singer IU expressed her gratitude towards actor Lee Dong Wook.

On the May 22nd episode of SBS ‘Strong Heart‘, guest IU bragged, “I saw an article where Lee Dong Wook was previously on Boom oppa’s radio program and selected me as his ideal type.”

“When I meet my idol friends, we talk about male celebrities. Suzy and Jiyeon are pretty so they often get selected as celebrities’ ideal types, but I never did,” she continued.

The singer expressed her gratitude as she added, “But ever since Lee Dong Wook selected me as his #1 ideal type, I have been bragging to everyone.”

An envious Jung Juri then remarked, “That was a long time ago, [his ideal type] could have changed by now,” causing everyone on set to explode in laughs.

IU was then asked who she would choose between Boom and Lee Dong Wook, and evoked much laughter when she selected Boom, leaving the actor dumbfounded.

IU reveals her ideal type, surprisingly it’s not Taeyang

IU revealed the name of her ideal type. The person is some one very unexpected.

On the May 22nd broadcast of SBS‘s ‘Strong Heart‘, Kim Min, Kang Sung Yeon, IU, Chun Myung Hoon and others appeared and shared many stories.

During the show IU asked Boom, “Boom, why do you only do that to me?“  She continued on to say, “I think that Boom does not like me,” and showed that some of Boom’s actions hurts her.

After this, a World Cup for IU’s ideal type took place.  In the end it came down to the MC of ‘Strong Heart’ Lee Dong Wook and Boom.  Eunhyuk of Super Junior set up a scenario for IU and said, “If BoA brings a guy to you to be your boyfriend, will that person be Lee Dong Wook or Boom?”

To this IU said, “If Boom treats me well...” and ended up choosing Boom.  Boom was deeply touched by the choice, but all Lee Dong Wook could do was laugh.

IU also spoke about a time when she was a guest on Boom’s radio program ‘Young Street‘ and surprised the studio by saying that her heart fluttered once because of him.

IU reveals her drawing of MCs Lee Dong Wook & Shin Dong Yeob on ‘Strong Heart’

Singer IU has a new hobby.

On the May 22nd broadcast of SBS ‘Strong Heart‘, IU remarked, “I don’t draw that well, but I think it’s fun so I’ve been drawing this and that.”

“I prepared a drawing of the two ‘Strong Heart’ emcees,” she added, revealing the drawings.

Though the drawings were simple, IU managed to catch the unique features of both MCs Shin Dong Yeob and Lee Dong Wook.

MC Shin Dong Yeob who saw the drawing acknowledged that it did indeed look like him and evoked laughs by adding, “She tried so hard to display the closeness of my eyes. It looks like they’re turning into one.”

IU is proving to be quite the artist!

Actor Lee Dong Wook’s past school photos show his unchanging good looks

Actor Lee Dong Wook‘s school photos have been revealed.

On the May 7th broadcast of SBS ‘Good Morning‘, Lee Dong Wook’s graduation photos from elementary, junior high, and high school were revealed.

No different from his image now, the young Lee Dong Wook boasted strong, defined facial features and his characteristic fierce gaze.

When asked if he was popular in school, the actor answered, “Honestly, I don’t know. No one ever really expressed their interest in me.”

“So handsome then and now“, netizens remarked after watching the program, along with “Good looking since a very young age“, and “This is the first time I’m seeing his school photos!”

In related news, Lee Dong Wook is currently serving as a co-host on SBS ‘Strong Heart‘ along with MC Shin Dong Yup.

Eunhyuk, Leeteuk, & Boom bicker for the MC position on ‘Strong Heart’

Super Junior member Eunhyuk revealed his ambition to become an MC on ‘Strong Heart‘.

During the latest epsiode, Eunhyuk stated, “There are three things that I want to accomplish this year.  The first is to buy my parents a house, and I recently did that.”

He continued, “In my 27 years of life I have never had a drop of alcohol.  The second thing I wanted to do this year is have a drink with my fellow members.  I recently accomplished this by having a drink with my members after a concert in Paris.”

“I checked two things off of my list.  The third thing I want to do is become an MC on ‘Strong Heart’.”

Upon hearing this Boom exclaimed, “Hey, we are all waiting in line here.  I will take over in 5 years, then Leeteuk will do it in 10 years, and then Eunhyuk can be the MC in 15 years.”

Disregarding what Boom said, Eunhyuk explained his right to become the next MC, stating, “All the MC’s of ‘Strong Heart’ had the surname Lee (Lee Seung Gi and Lee Dong Wook).  My real name is Lee Hyuk Jae.”

Leeteuk fired back, “I’m Leeteuk!“, and Boom also argued, “My real name is Lee Min Ho!“, causing everyone to laugh over the three’s hilarious bickering.

Lee Dong Wook looks dashing in a baseball uniform

Photos of actor and ‘Strong Heart‘ host Lee Dong Wook attending a baseball game with gagman Jung Joon Ha and announcer Kim Hwan has netizens buzzing over his dashing looks.

The photos surfaced online on April 28th, and revealed showed celebrity baseball team ‘Han‘, warming up for a game.

Lee Dong Wook, who is seen wearing uniform number 19, received the most attention as viewers were charmed by his tall and strong figure. The actor looks very adept at the sport. His solid form and posture as he throws the ball suggest that he’s an experienced player. Fans were extremely delighted to see this new found charm of Lee Dong Wook.

There are many celebrity sports teams in South Korea, ranging from basketball to soccer. Celebrity baseball team ‘Han’ is one of the oldest as it holds a 14-year-long history. The team consists of Yoo Jae Suk, Jung Joon Ha, Lee Hee Jae, Yoon Jong Shin, Lee Dong Wook, Kim Hwan, and more.

It’s reported that the team meets every week to hang out and practice.

Boom reveals he nominated Lee Dong Wook as a MC for ‘Strong Heart’

Entertainer Boom recently guested on the ‘Go Show’, and revealed the story behind the choosing of the new MCs for ‘Strong Heart‘.

MC Yoon Jong Shin stated, “I heard Boom nominated himself and Lee Dong Wook as the new MCs for ‘Strong Heart’.”

Boom replied, “I met the producer of the show seven times, and five times by myself. I also introduced Lee Dong Wook to the producer.”

“After reading a news article that confirmed Lee Dong Wook as the new host of ‘Strong Heart’, I read another article that stated the possible co-hosts of the show. Shin Dong Yup, Kim Yong Man, Lee Hwee Jae, and I were the nominees for the co-host position,” he continued. “However, three hours later, my father read an article stating ‘Shin Dong Yup Confirmed’.”

Upon hearing Boom’s story, MC Go Hyun Jung left a message for the producer of ‘Strong Heart’, jokingly threatening, “You shouldn’t do that to someone who is working hard to live out his life. Don’t just let this go and make sure to apologize to him [Boom]. I will check.”
