miss A’s Min enjoys a day of shopping in Tokyo with fellow JYP ladies

The ladies of JYP Entertainment treated themselves to a day of shopping in Tokyo.

On August 20th, miss A‘s Min tweeted the above picture along with the message: “Shopping Time in Tokyo!!!!!!”

The photo shows Min posing with fellow members Jia and Fei as well as Wonder Girls‘ Lim and Yubin. They all captured the viewers’ eyes with their stylish fashion. Jia looked sexy in her shorts and red stockings, Lim looked cute in a boxy dress, Min sported a colorful shirt and sunglasses, Yubin looked chic with her black shirt and ripped jeans, and Fei showed off her fashion sense with a simple shirt and jean shorts. Netizens are saying that they were able to get a glimpse of each idol’s personality after seeing their outfits.

Fans commented, “They all dressed uniquely,” “Jia’s stockings are shocking,” “Yubin likes black clothes,” “Lim’s clothes look comfortable,” and “Min and Fei are really pretty!”

Wonder Girls’ Yubin sports a casual rock-star look for ‘CéCi’ Magazine

Wonder Girls‘ Yubin took part in a new photo shoot that displayed all of her fresh, bubbly, and chic charms.

Yubin recently teamed up with male model Yoon Jin Wook for a CéCi Magazine photo shoot, and sported a number of different hairstyles and vibrant outfits.

The rapper who is known for her healthy and sexy image sported casual jumpers, t-shirts, and colorful sneakers for a new casual kind of rock-inspired look. She pulled this off while still managing to look youthful and lovely.

Her smoke-eye makeup, voluminous hair, and her mix-and-match fashion drew attention, as did the way she donned the perfect facial expressions as she displayed a ‘couple look’ with Yoon Jin Wook.

2PM’s Junsu snaps a photo with his agency mates at JYP NATION concert

2PM‘s Junsu recently posted a photograph he took with Sohee, Yubin and Fei backstage at the JYP NATION concert.

On his twitter, the 2PM member posted the words, “With Fei, Yubin and Sohee before the ‘Kiss’ performance! Jia was getting ready. Yubin’s eyes are alluring.”

In the photo, ladies man Junsu had his arms around Yubin and Sohee, while Yubin struck a fierce pose using Junsu’s shoulder as support. Their captivating fashion could not be overlooked either. Junsu rocked a red suit displaying his masculine side while the JYP girls wore tight leather dresses that accentuated their figures.

Netizens responded saying, “Junsu stands out“, “I’ll accept it since they have close relationships“, “He must be happy between such beauties“, and “Yubin looks like a cat“.

Wonder Girls’ Yubin cheers on ‘JYP Nation’

Wonder Girls‘ Yubin recently showed her support for ‘JYP Nation‘ and J.Y. Park.

Yubin shared on Twitter on the 17th, “JYP Nation!! Look forward to tomorrow as well!!!! Yeah~~^^”, along with the picture above.

What had fans laughing aloud is the fact that she’s holding a fan screened with a photo of J.Y. Park.

Fans commented, “Yubin is so cute”, “Her love for J.Y. Park is special”, and “I can’t wait for the concert”.

In other news, the Wonder Girls will be holding a special performance at the NYC iHeartRadio Theater on September 5th.

2PM‘s Taecyeon has paired up with Wonder Girls members Sunye and Yubin for a sexy new pictorial with ‘Cosmopolitan‘ magazine!

Modeling a new line of Gucci‘s flag collection bags, the trio pose for a luxurious ‘Night Time’ photoshoot that takes fans behind-the-scenes of an exclusive party with a private atmosphere.

Dressed sharply in a dark patterned suit, Taecyeon acts like a chameleon in his way of becoming the perfect partner for each of the two girls. His masculine charms work well against Yubin and Sunye’s dramatic party girl styles that incorporate smoky eyes, red lipsticks, Gucci print bags, and sexy bluish green dresses.

Hilariously enough, netizens immediately noticed Taecyeon’s ‘bad manner hand’ in his solo couple cut with Sunye where he can be seen casually pulling her into a back hug with his arm over her shoulder.

Former group mates G.NA and Wonder Girls’ Yubin reunite on ‘Younha’s Starry Night’

Former group mates G.NA and Wonder Girls‘ Yubin had a reunion recently on ‘Younha’s Starry Night‘.

G.NA tweeted on August 15 KST, “[It's been a while since] picture time with Yubin!! Love u girl!<3,” along with two photos of them together. Yubin was a ‘special DJ’ for the radio show.

The two stars used to be a part of the group Five Girls (Ohsonyeo) along with UEE of After School, SECRET‘s Hyosung, and SPICA‘s Jiwon. They debuted through the program ‘Diary of Five Girls‘ in 2007, but the group later disbanded due to the agency’s financial difficulties.

Fans commented, “Yubin and G.NA were part of Ohsonyeo, right? I guess they were really close,” “Yubin and G.NA, so pretty,” and “It’s good to see your friendship!”

Wonder Girls’ Yubin takes an adorable selca with her puppies

Wonder Girls‘ Yubin spent some quality time with her puppies.

On August 11th, Yubin shared the above selca as she tweeted, “Came home after a long time and I’m receiving so much love.”

The revealed picture showed Yubin sitting on the couch while hugging two puppies on either side of her. She looked so happy enjoying her rest as she kissed the puppy with her eyes closed.

The netizens who saw the picture commented, “The puppies seem to love Yubin so much“, “Yubin looks so happy“, and “The cat next to her is glaring.”

Meanwhile, Wonder Girls released their Japanese debut album ‘Nobody for Everybody‘ last month which ranked seven on Oricon album’s daily chart.

Wonder Girls will be promoting in the US in addition to Japan

In addition to their activities in Japan, Wonder Girls will also be promoting in the US.

A JYP representative recently informed XportsNews through a phone interview, “We are planning to push ahead with Wonder Girls’ US promotions very soon.”

Wonder Girls debuted in Japan on July 26th with a showcase in the local area. In the first week, the girls charted at the #14 spot on the Oricon, and sold 7,460 copies of their album. Considering they are one of the hottest girl groups in Korea, these numbers fell short of everyone’s expectations.

In regards to this, the JYP representative remarked, “We did not go to Japan because we wanted to broaden our territory. We simply wanted to better communicate with our fans.”

Wonder Girls’ member Yubin also remarked in an interview this past June, “We did not go to Japan to hit #1 on the Oricon, we just wanted the fans to hear our songs.”

After wrapping up their Japanese ‘JYP Nation’ performance July 18th and 19th, the girls will embark on their US promotions. As of now, they do not have specific plans for an independent concert in Japan.

In related news, the Japanese fans have high expectations of Wonder girls, calling them the ‘girl group pioneers’. One media outlet even reported that they are ‘convinced that Wonder Girls will be successful’.

Member Yenny also displayed ambition for their Japanese promotions, as she previously remarked at the girls’ Japanese showcase, “We had no problem adjusting to the culture and food overseas in the US. Japan is much closer to home, and we will be able to adjust much easier. I would like to hold an independent concert here.”

Wonder Girls’ Lim reveals recent Polaroid pictures of the group

Wonder Girls‘ Lim revealed recent pictures with all of the members.

On July 31st, Lim shared the above picture by tweeting,”Polaroid 1,” and later added, “Polaroid 2.”

The picture shows the Wonder Girls members lined up and posing for the camera. They all flaunted their slim legs in short bottoms. Sohee especially caught the eyes of fans with her closed eyes.

Fans commented, “Wonder Girls shine more when they’re together,” “Sohee closed her eyes again. Cute,” and “The picture shows their personalities.”

Wonder Girls’ Yenny reveals she once got into an argument with Yubin

Wonder Girls‘ member Yenny shared a story about a time she fought with fellow member Yubin.

On the July 10th episode of SBS ‘Strong Heart‘, Yenny began, “When we receive songs by producer J.Y. Park, the members rehearse them really well. But when it comes to songs that I write, there are times the members don’t even really know the melody and it hurts my feelings.”

“The rap portion of a song I wrote was completed at the very end,” she continued. “So I personally worked on it- but it was hard because Yubin unni and I have very different styles when it comes to rapping.”

“We are both members of the group, and us trying to both play the role of the director inevitably caused some weird tension,” she added. “Sohee and Lim are younger than I am so they usually go with the flow, but there was some tension when it came to Sunye and Yubin.”

She continued, “When we began Yubin unni’s rap portion, the style was so different that we had to re-record several times. She even cut me off, so eventually I exploded and asked her to step outside.”

“While in conversation, Yubin unni began to cry and couldn’t even speak, so we had to postpone the recording session,” Yenny explained. “We recorded the portion the next day, and Yubin rehearsed it extremely well so we got it in one shot.”

J.Y. Park selects Wonder Girls’ Yenny and Yubin as his drinking buddies

J.Y. Park revealed his drinking buddies to be none other than the two oldest members of Wonder Girls‘, Yenny and Yubin.

The singer / producer guested on the July 7th installment of KBS‘s ‘Entertainment Relay – Guerilla Date‘ and stated, “Among the artists in JYPE, Wonder Girls are the ones that keep me entertained.”

When asked who his drinking buddies are, J.Y. Park drew the attention of viewers by selecting Yenny and Yubin.

In addition to the interview, J.Y. Park promised that if 1.3 million people watch his upcoming film ‘5 Million Dollar Man‘, he’d hold a fanmeeting while being dressed up as Miss Korea.

’5 Million Dollar Man’ will hits theaters on July 19th.

Wonder Girls’ Sohee says she ranks 0th place appearance wise out of all the members?

Wonder Girls‘ Sohee recently revealed that she believes herself to be ranked 0th place in terms of looks out of all the members, puzzling the set of ‘Beatles Code 2‘ with her response.

Wonder Girls guest starred with f(x) on the episode that will be aired on the 2nd. During the episode, one of the MCs asked Sohee, ‘What do you think about your looks?‘ to which she answered, “I think my face is average”.

But Sohee surprised everyone when the MCs asked her, “So in what place do you think your looks rank in the team?” by answering, “I think in the 0th place.” Thus, jokingly responding that she believes she is the best looking out of the members although she initially stated that she thought her looks were average. However, Sohee explained herself by adding,”I value and love myself. That’s why I answered 0th place.”

In addition, Yubin shared her thoughts on ranking 20th on the ‘World’s Sexiest Musicians‘ chart and also revealed that she tries to be more sexy when people are watching. She commented, “Usually, I go around not caring about it, but when I sense people watching, I sweep back my hair in a more sexy manner.”

Wonder Girls’ Yubin and JJ Project are trend setters for ‘CeCi’

Wonder Girls‘ Yubin seems to be a favorite with the fashion industry lately, as in addition to her pictorial with ‘Nylon‘, she’s teamed up with fellow JYP Entertainment labelmate JJ Project‘s JB and Junior for ‘CeCi‘ magazine.

The photoshoot was completed under the concept of the duo transforming into trendy men and falling in love on first sight upon seeing Yubin. Unlike the rowdy teen image the boys originally debuted with, JJ Project exuded a more mature charm with sleek and simple looks.

Yubin, on the other hand, showed off her beauty with professional poses that gave away her senior status. As expected, she surprised the staff, editors, and photographer on set with the ease in which she completed the poses.

JYP Entertainment commented, “Yubin and JJ Project both showed different charms through this pictorial. We hope that you will all continue to support their activities.”

Wonder Girls’ Yubin talks about working out, dating, and ideal types with ‘Nylon’

Following the behind-the-scenes trailer release of the Wonder Girls‘ Yubin‘s latest pictorial for ‘Nylon‘ magazine, new cuts from the photoshoot have been released along with excerpts from her interview!

Naming working out as her favorite hobby, Yubin revealed that she practiced pilates five times out of the week. “At night, I’ll ride my bike or skate by the Han River.”

When asked about her ideal type, she replied, “I’d like it if he had the same hobbies as me. I want someone that I can work out with because I don’t want him to be the type that hates moving around. It’d be nice if we understood each other conversationally as well. Please introduce me to someone like this if you know any!”

On the Wonder Girls’ comeback album, ‘Like This‘, she expressed, “The song that I penned is about a blind date. Maybe it’s because of our age, but we talk about blind dates a lot when I meet up with my friends. Sunye didn’t meet her boyfriend through a blind date but I feel like I should try once since I don’t go out often. I really want to give dating a try.”

Wonder Girls’ Yubin responds to Tiger JK’s wish to work with her

Wonder Girls‘ rapper Yubin responded to Tiger JK‘s wish to work with her.

In an exclusive interview with the Wonder Girls held in Seoul on the 19th, Yubin commented on Tiger JK’s request, “I was really happy to hear that he specifically chose me.”

“I’ve always wanted to do a collaboration with Tiger JK. If an opportunity presents itself, I would really like to work together,” showing her enthusiasm at the possibility of a collaboration with the hip hop legend.

During the June 18th episode of Mnet‘s ‘vol. TEN‘, Tiger JK selected Wonder Girls’ Yubin as the rapper he’d like to work with, explaining, “If I work with Yubin, I believe we could make groundbreaking and sensational work together.”

In related news, the Wonder Girls have been taking music charts by storm with the title track “Like This” from their new album, ‘Wonder Party‘.

Shortly after the Wonder Girls‘ recent win on SBS‘s ‘Inkigayo‘, rapper Yubin expressed her gratitude to fans by sharing a selca via Twitter.

Accompanied with the photo above, she wrote, “Hehe. Thank you for the Mutizen song!!”

Tiger JK expresses his desire to work with Wonder Girls’ Yubin + selects Big Bang’s Taeyang for his wife

Hip-hop legend Tiger JK selected Wonder Girls‘ Yubin as the musician he’d like to work with.

During the June 18th broadcast of Mnet‘s ‘vol. TEN‘, Tiger JK selected Wonder Girls’ sexy rapper, Yubin, and explained, “If I work with Yubin, I believe we could make a ground-breaking and sensational work together.”

In addition, he recommended Big Bang‘s Taeyang as a suitable collaboration partner for his wife, Tasha (Yoon Mi Rae).

To this, MC Yoo Young Suk commented, “I think Tiger JK would be a good matchmaker. I also believe Tasha and Taeyang would make a great collaboration.”

NYLON interviews Yubin during latest photoshoot

Wonder Girls‘ ever-sexy rapper Yubin has just been revealed to be the latest muse for NYLON magazine, and the company has just released a behind-the-scenes interview with the star on set!

The photoshoot turns the mundane into high fashion, with Yubin giving a twist to everyday scenes such as eating fries with ketchup and reading the newspaper. During the interview, Yubin dishes the latest scoop on the photoshoot concept, the group’s newest album ‘Wonder Party’, and more, She also shut down rumors of a possible solo career anytime soon, and asked viewers to give the Wonder Girls’ latest hip-hop bass-thrumming hit “Like This” plenty of love.

Miss A‘s Min shared a photo of the Wonder Girls‘ celebratory party for their first place win on ‘Music Bank‘.

On June 15th, Min attached the above photo on her Twitter and wrote, “Congratulations on winning 1st place! Here’s a group photo“.

In the photo, Wonder Girls’ Yenny, Yubin, Sohee, Lim, and miss A’s Min and Jia pose for the camera while holding a congratulatory cake.

Wonder Girls’ Yubin transforms into a school teacher

Wonder Girls‘ Yubin transformed into a beautiful school teacher.

On June 13th, Yubin shared the photo above via her official Twitter page and wrote, “Like This yo~ Like This! Teacher concept.”

Dressed conservatively in a button-up blouse tucked under a lovely yellow skirt, Yubin reminded fans of a classy, old-fashioned teacher.

“You look like an English teacher!” fans wrote, along with “Look so different from the way you do on stage“, and “I would study so hard if I had a teacher like this“, and more.
