Psy unintentionally brings laughter with his sweaty bum

Singer Psy, who is already known for having extremely sweaty underarms, unintentionally brought laughs as he exposed his sweaty behind on ‘Superstar K4‘.

On the August 24th, Mnet‘s ‘Superstar K4′ broadcast the auditions held at a Korean military camp.

While watching the contestants, Psy became excited and decided to go up the stage himself. The ‘global singer’ started dancing to SISTAR‘s “Alone” and as he started doing the ‘crane leg’ dance, Psy completely exposed his sweaty bottom as he turned around. It seems after sitting for a long period to judge the contestants, he had built up a lot of sweat with the hot weather.

The other judges, singer Lee Seung Chul and Son Dam Bi, as well as all the soldiers, were unable to hold back their laughter and shock as Psy continued to perform.

Yoon Mi Rae to judge on ‘Superstar K’ for the second consecutive year

Singer Yoon Mi Rae will be one of three judges on Mnet‘s ‘Superstar K‘ for the second year in a row.

On May 29, Mnet and her agency Jungle Entertainment revealed that Yoon Mi Rae will be judging again this year for the fourth season of the audition program, ‘Superstar K4‘. It’s been reported that she will be joining the judges in mid-June, starting with auditions in the States.

The other two judges, Lee Seung Chul and Psy, were confirmed as judges back in March, but the spot for a female judge remained open until now.

Rated as the best female vocalist and power rapper, Yoon Mi Rae has a different musical style than the other two judges, bringing variety to the table.

With the release of her new album and performances abroad scheduled in the summer, Yoon Mi Rae had been mulling over the offer from Mnet. She decided to accept because she wanted to support the dreams of future singers, and knew that she would be with two dependable judges. Psy previously directed one of Yoon Mi Rae’s solo concerts.

Yoon Mi Rae received attention on the last season of ‘Superstar K’ for her heartwarming comments to audition participants. She was also dubbed as the “judge who has the most fun of all time” by viewers who watched her genuine enjoyment of the participants’ performances.

‘Superstar K4′ will start airing on August 17 after the preliminary rounds are finished in July.

Lee Seung Chul jokes about J.Y. Park’s judging style on ‘K-Pop Star’

Veteran singer and ‘Super Star K‘ judge Lee Seung Chul revealed his thoughts on ‘K-Pop Star‘ judge J.Y. Park‘s commentary.

On the May 15th episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Win Win‘, Lee Seung Chul jokingly poked fun at J.Y. Park who once said sound is most beautifully produced when it is comprised of ‘half voice, half air’.

J.Y., why did you do that?,” Lee Seung Chul asked. “Exactly what is half air and half sound?”, causing the audience to burst into laughter.

And in regards to J.Y. Park pointing out that singers should never make unpleasant facial expressions, Lee Seung Chul joked, “That’s like Kikwang calling someone short.”

MC Tak Jae Hoon then critiqued that for a special performance stage of ‘K-Pop Star’, J.Y. Park seemed to possess the very downfalls he criticized the contestants for. Lee Seung Chul added, “You need to sing songs that have an ambiance and concept that well fits your age range. Isn’t J.Y. Park in his forties? It’s got to be hard.”

He then added an analogy to clear up his explanation. “The coach can’t run as hard as the players,” he said as guests laughed at his humor.

Meanwhile, ‘Super Star K’ finalists Huh Gak, Ulala Session, and John Park made appearance as special guests on the ‘Lee Seung Chul’ episode of ‘Win Win’.

Veteran singer Lee Seung Chul praised John Park for his style of music.

Lee Seung Chul guest-featured on the May 15th episode of KBS2‘s ‘Win Win‘ to share a few never-before-told stories, including a few from when he served as a judge on ‘Super-Star-K‘.

The finalists from ‘Super Star K’ including Huh Gak, John Park, and Ulala Session who have now become top artists made appearances as special guests on the show.

When asked how he felt about the contestants he judged now actively promoting as artists, he remarked, “It feels good,” then further sang the praises of finalist John Park.

The kind of music released in John Park’s first album is good enough to reappear in a fifth album,” he said. “It’s a difficult genre to pull off but he boldly took on the challenge, and earned a positive response from the public.”

He has raised the bar for mainstream music,” he added. In response, John Park remarked that Lee Seung Chul was like a compass, always guiding him in the right direction.
