BoA to collaborate with MC Jung Jae Hyung on ‘You & I’

On the August 26th episode of SBS‘ ‘You & I‘, BoA will collaborate with MC Jung Jae Hyung for a performance.

A photo was tweeted earlier in the week of Jung Jae Hyung working hard in the studio for the collaboration, raising anticipation for their upcoming performance together. ‘You & I’ has also released pictures of BoA showing aegyo by doing the popular “booing-booing” move.

She also talks frankly about her experience being in the industry for 12 years.

The upcoming episode, airing on the 26th at 12AM KST, will also feature Horan, Yi Seung Yeol, and band Day Break.

Horan is a ‘beautiful alien’?

A recent post by singer Horan has netizens laughing out loud.

On August 1 KST, Horan posted to her me2day: “Peeled-ran. Completely peeled [Horan],” along with the hilarious photo above.

The picture revealed a silly side to the Clazziquai member who photoshopped herself to look like an egghead. The halo behind her large, dome forehead and the awkward way she put her hand up to greet her fans especially had people chuckling.

Fans responded, “This selca of Horan is so funny,” “Too much peeling! You shouldn’t post these kinds of photos,” and “Horan’s personality must be really laid back. To post this kind of picture… a beautiful alien?”

Clazziquai’s Horan is scared of her wig?

Clazziquai member Horan‘s dramatic change in hairstyle is garnering interest from her fans.

On July 27th, Horan posted on her me2day, “She, who could not resist the urge to cut her hair short, finally..” along with the picture above (top).

The singer can be seen with a noticeably shorter bob in a dark shade. However, soon after, she posted another photo (bottom) reassuring her fans that it was just a wig.

She added, “The long hair is safe,” and, “It’s always so scary to look at the wig by itself.”

Fans commented, “Horan unni looks good with short hair too,” “I thought you cut your hair,” and “The picture is quite chilling.”

Are Bada and Noh Hong Chul dating?

Bada appeared on the July 7th broadcast of tvN’s ‘SNL Korea 2‘ and confessed on the show that she is dating Noh Hong Chul.

During the show, Horan mentioned that she is dating a person that she went out with 10 years ago and Bada went on to say, “I was not going to say anything, but I feel like I can on this show.  I am dating Noh Hong Chul.  We wear couple clothes and take pictures together.”

To this, the director asked if they just had a close relationship, but Bada gave no further explanation.

After a while however, it turned out to be false.  Bada said, “I was kidding when I said that I was dating Noh Hong Chul.  I had a few months off from work and during the break I went to the army.  I am actually a man,” which also caught the audience off guard.

Rumors of Bada and Noh Hong Chul have come up numerous times and suspicions of their relationship grew, after a polaroid of the two looking very close and affectionate spread.

Clazziquai’s Horan reveals she is in a relationship

Clazziquai‘s Horan has admitted that she is currently in a relationship!

A FLUXUS Entertainment representative revealed, “Horan has been in a relationship for the past month. Because Horan’s personality is normally carefree, she didn’t have any hesitation”, explaining Horan’s stance on going public with her relationship.

Horan and her boyfriend have known each other for ten years and have previously dated and broken up. But after reuniting after a long time, the two decided to date again recently.

“Because they’ve only been dating for a month, it’s too soon to talk about marriage. They are dating well so please give them your support.”

In other news, Clazziquai is currently preparing for their new album.

Jason Mraz selects Park Jung Ah as his ideal type

Popular American singer-songwriter Jason Mraz selected Park Jung Ah over many other Korean stars as his ideal type.

On the June 12th broadcast of MBC Music‘s ‘Wonderful Day‘, Mc’s Horan and Park Jung Ah sat down for an exclusive interview with Jason Mraz, who like Lady Gaga, is kicking off his World Tour in Korea. On the show, they discussed various topics such as his music, life, and more.

During the interview, the singer also participated in a ‘Korean female celebrity Ideal Type World Cup’ tournament which had him choose between a number of top stars in Korea such as actress Han Ga In, IU, Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA, and actress Jeon Ji Hyun.

But rather than selecting anyone from the list mentioned above, Jason Mraz ended up selecting interviewer Park Jung Ah as his ideal type.

He explained, “Just like my current girlfriend, I like girls that have bangs.” To this, Park Jung Ah hilariously commented, “He probably selected me just because of my bangs.”

In addition to this interview, Jason Mraz put on a perfect live performance of one of his past hits, “Lucky“, with MC Horan.
