MC Mong loses appeal on Suspended Sentence of 1 Year

MC Mong‘s 18 month-long legal affair has come to its final stages. Back in April of 2011, MC Mong received a suspended sentence (probation) for one year. He filed an appeal but the courts ruled against the appeal.

After a grueling fight, MC Mong sent a short text message to his agency family saying , “You worked hard“. He expressed both his appreciative and remorseful feelings with just these few words.

An associate of MC Mong commented, “After the appeal of the defendant was dismissed, we informed MC Mong of the result. And because of the situation and his personality, he just said ‘You worked hard’ and nothing more.

Despite the defendant’s efforts in appealing the ruling, the final verdict didn’t waver from the original sentence. MC Mong’s one year suspended sentence (probation) was upheld and he must also serve 120 hours of community service. If he violates his probation he will face 6 months of imprisonment.

MC Mong’s representatives stated, “MC Mong is going to humbly accept his sentencing but he will not be having a press conference regarding his thoughts on this incident.” They also added, “MC Mong will always be remorseful towards his fans. He feels he is forever in debt to his fans, and will spend the rest of his life making it up to them.

Previously, MC Mong was found guilty by the Court of Appeals for intentionally trying to delay his military service, but not guilty for charges that he extracted his own teeth in an effort to dodge conscription.

Kangta and Leessang’s Gil reveal Baek Ji Young’s bad habit on ‘Win Win’

Kangta and Leessang member Gil appeared as surprise guests for Baek Ji Young‘s episode of KBS 2‘s ‘Win Win‘ on May 22.

The boys put Baek Ji Young on blast by revealing her ‘sticky hands’ habit that surfaces when she is under the influence of alcohol.

Hilariously, Baek Ji Young started to look a bit uncomfortable, but Gil did not stop there. He caused the crowd to roar with laughter after revealing that Baek Ji Young also once took the soap he was using at home along with the soap dish.

Embarrassed, the ballad queen then tried to come to her own defense saying, “I don’t think I have sticky hands. I like to think of it as a gift.“ She evoked laughter by adding, “I only did it because I really liked the scent of the soap.

Gil then had another story to add. He stated, “I have two dogs at home. But Baek Ji Young took the tray for the dog’s food. I was very hurt. Now I feed the dogs with my hands.

In addition, Baek Ji Young revealed her love story with boyfriend Jung Suk Won, discussed her past scandal, and also gave a shout-out to support to her dear friend, MC Mong.
