2PM’s Taecyeon spotted by Italian fans at the Vatican

Yesterday, 2PM‘s Taecyeon surprised his fans with his tweets sharing photos from Rome, Italy.

After Italian fans found out that Taecyeon was in Rome, some of them actively searched for him and he was recently spotted just outside of Rome in Vatican City. Taecyeon was also gracious enough to take the time to take pictures with his fans and also give them autographs.

It seems Taecyeon is visiting all the tourist spots around Rome, perhaps the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon is next?

2PM’s Taecyeon shares photos from Rome, Italy

2PM‘s Taecyeon recently tweeted a couple photos from Rome, Italy!

The singer recently posted the photo above taken at the Colosseum and wrote, “Guess where I am?”

Not only did fans display their envy upon seeing the photo, but his fellow members did as well. Wooyoung responded to Taec’s tweet writing, “Jealous… reminds me of Maximus TT_TT,” while Jun.K wrote, “Film a movie there while you’re at it,” and maknae Chansung responded with, “Lucky T_TT.”

Taecyeon then later posted a photo of his meal (below) and wrote, “Currently eating at the dining establishment recommended by the blogs kekeke I was surprised that the employee recognized me as soon as I walked in, and I was surprised again at how good the food was kekekeke.”

It’s good to see that the singer is enjoying some much deserved time off!

2PM’s Taecyeon snaps picture with Wonder Girls’ Yenny after ‘JYP Nation’ concert

2PM‘s Taecyeon and Wonder Girls‘ Yenny took a friendly picture together after the ‘JYP Nation‘ concert.

On August 19th, Taecyeon posted the above picture and tweeted, “My ‘After You Left Me‘ partner Yenny~ Good job on three performances~ .”

The revealed picture showed Yenny and Taecyeon in matching white t-shirts and sitting side by side. The two JYP Entertainment labelmates showed a little aegyo by throwing up peace signs as well. Yenny later tweeted, “It’s too dark,” to which Taecyeon replied with, “It’s okay since you shine. Kkyao!!!”

After seeing the photo and the idols’ interaction, fans commented, “Goosebumps worthy friendship,” “They have quite the lovers feel… they look good together,” and “Yenny is really cute too, it’s different for a beast man to make that kind of pose.”

2PM’s Taecyeon couples up with the Wonder Girls’ Sunye and Yubin for ‘Cosmopolitan’

2PM‘s Taecyeon has paired up with Wonder Girls members Sunye and Yubin for a sexy new pictorial with ‘Cosmopolitan‘ magazine!

Modeling a new line of Gucci‘s flag collection bags, the trio pose for a luxurious ‘Night Time’ photoshoot that takes fans behind-the-scenes of an exclusive party with a private atmosphere.

Dressed sharply in a dark patterned suit, Taecyeon acts like a chameleon in his way of becoming the perfect partner for each of the two girls. His masculine charms work well against Yubin and Sunye’s dramatic party girl styles that incorporate smoky eyes, red lipsticks, Gucci print bags, and sexy bluish green dresses.

Hilariously enough, netizens immediately noticed Taecyeon’s ‘bad manner hand’ in his solo couple cut with Sunye where he can be seen casually pulling her into a back hug with his arm over her shoulder.

2PM’s Taecyeon needs someone to protect him in horror maze?

2PM‘s Taecyeon revealed his unexpected fear of horror mazes.

On the 14th, Taecyeon tweeted, “Everland Horror maze this year again! I’m so scared of failing. Isn’t there anyone who will go with me and protect me?”

The picture he shared showed Taecyeon posing next to an advertisement of an upcoming horror maze in an amusement park. Even though he was only standing next to the poster, Taecyeon still looked nervous.

After seeing Taecyeon’s adorable plea, fans responded, “2PM please make a comeback soon,” “Beast-dol Taecyeon has something he’s scared of too?” and “You didn’t color match today.”

In related news, 2PM is set to perform at the ‘JYP Nation‘ concert in Japan on the coming 18th and 19th.

Super Junior’s Choi Siwon voted as male idol with the best body

Super Junior‘s Siwon, who’s known as an “Um-Chin-Ah” (the ideal son), has been voted as the male idol with the best body.

A cosmetic clinic recently revealed the results to a survey that had taken place between July 17th and August 2nd, asking 654 of its female customers which male idol member has a body that is just as good as South Korean swimmer Park Tae Hwan.

The results showed Super Junior’s Choi Siwon, who recently returned with the group’s 6th album, topping the list with a total of 197 (30%) votes.

Second place with 152 (23%) votes was B2ST‘s lead vocalist, Kikwang. His unexpected muscular body attracted the second most votes as he is known for his cute and youthful appearance. Trailing behind were 2PM‘s Taecyeon and ZE:A‘s Dongjun with 141 (21%) and 124 (18%) votes, respectively.

Those who voted for Siwon commented, “Choi Siwon, the man who has it all. He even has a perfect body“, “He’s handsome, tall, and even has the perfect body… He’s a living statue“, “What is there that he lacks?“, and more.

Other idols that were also chosen include JYJ‘s Jaejoong and MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon.

Inactive Wonder Girls member Sunmi takes a picture with 2PM

A recent picture of inactive Wonder Girls member Sunmi is gaining interest amongst fans.

The picture was posted today on an online community website with the title ‘Recent Picture of Sunmi‘.

In the picture you can see Sunmi posing alongside 2PM members Junho, Wooyoung, Chansung and Taecyeon, in addition to the JYPE dance team. With her hair dyed in a wine color and her flawless skin, fans are at awe with her never changing beauty.

Back in January of 2010, Sunmi decided to leave the Wonder Girls to pursue her education. While she has been attending Dongguk University, she has also been in and out of the JYP Entertainment offices practicing as a trainee. So far it remains to be seen when Sunmi will return to the music industry.

2PM’s Nichkhun airs his grievances to his fellow members

2PM‘s Nichkhun has recited all of his grievances to his fellow members.

On the July 14th installment of the segment ‘Guerilla Date‘ under KBS‘s ‘Entertainment Relay‘, the members were asked to share grievances they have kept inside towards their fellow members.

When it was Nichkhun’s turn to speak, everyone was surprised as he had quite a few things to say to each of the members. He began with Taecyeon exclaiming, “Organize your hair before you leave the dorm!” Taecyeon, who’s nicknamed ‘fashion terrorist’, has recently been growing out his hair, leading him to sport unique hairstyles.

Nichkhun then faced Junsu and hilariously commented, “Let’s wake up when the alarm goes off. I always had to wake you up even during our trainee days.”

To maknae Chansung, Nichkhun said, “Take care of your things.” Chansung is known for easily forgetting things as he had once left his phone behind on an airplane.

Lastly, Nichkhun turned to Junho and remarked, “Let’s not play the drums in our rooms,” causing everyone to burst into laughter.

Wooyoung was unable to participate in the recording for this episode due to his solo schedule.

2PM’s Taecyeon voted as the member who has the most connections with girl group members

2PM‘s rapper Taecyeon has been selected by his fellow members as the one who has the most connections with girl group members.

The group sat down for an interview for the July 14th edition of KBS‘s ‘Entertainment Relay – Guerilla Date‘, which took place in Yeosu.

During the interview, the group was asked to point to the member who has the most connections with girl group members. To this, all members simultaneously pointed at Taecyeon, drawing much laughter.

Taken aback, Taecyeon disagreed and exclaimed, “It’s not true!” However, Junsu quickly explained to the host, “When it comes to Girls’ Generation, he’s pretty much close with all nine members. People may mistake him for being related to them.”

Meanwhile, Wooyoung was unable to participate in the recording for this episode due to his solo schedule.

2PM’s Taecyeon unleashes his inner fanboy at the Wonder Girls’ concert

2PM‘s resident hunk Taecyeon transcended his role as a labelmate and went full fanboy mode at the Wonder Girls‘ recent ‘Wonder World‘ concert, openly cheering for the five ladies from the crowds throughout the night. Luckily for everybody else, his antics were caught on camera and posted on the internet for the world to see.

The ‘Wonder World’ concert opened with a performance by the JJ Project, and spanned over two hours. As the photo above reveals, Taecyeon had no qualms showing his support as he sat behind Girls’ Generation members Tiffany & Seohyun, enthusiastically waving his arms and snapping photos throughout the concert.

Taecyeon wasn’t the only star to attend the concert — as previously reported, inactive Wonder Girls’ member Sunmi, fellow 2PM member Wooyoung, miss A, J.Y. Park, JOO, Leessang, Min Hyorin, Kang Mi Yeon, and more, were also in attendance at the ‘Wonder World’ concert. Talk about a star-studded event!

Health trainers vote 2PM Taecyeon’s abs as the best in K-pop

Health trainers have chosen 2PM‘s Taecyeon as the K-pop artist with the best abs in the industry.

In a recent poll held on the July 3rd broadcast of MBC Music‘s ‘Show Champion‘, trainers were given photos of just the abs of Big Bang‘s Taeyang, B2ST‘s Kikwang, 2AM‘s Changmin, Seulong, MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon, as well as others, and were asked to decide which abs they found the most impressive.

Mighty Mouth‘s Sangchu came in at a close second after Taecyeon. The trainers polled commented, “Whether it’s the shape or gaps between the abs, they’re all in the correct place,” “The line between the abs is good,” and “They’re abs that even professional trainers would approve of.”

Wooyoung gets humiliated by 2PM members

It was been revealed that Wooyoung was humiliated by his fellow 2PM members.

2PM’s Junho uploaded a screen capture of a chat room between the members onto his personal Twitter on June 27th and wrote, “Uh oh… nobody went to the basement. A sly escape.”

Excluding Nichkhun who is currently in Thailand, Wooyoung invited members Taecyeon, Chansung, Junsu, and Junho into a Kakao Talk chat room and sent them a message saying, “Come to the basement if you want to practice dancing with me.”

To this Chansung replied, “Let’s do it together next time Woodong!” and exited the chat room. Taecyeon exited the chat room without writing anything, Junsu did not even bother to check the message, and Junho screen captured this event which brought laughter to fans.

Fans commented saying, “A really cool escape,” “So cute. 2PM’s really funny,” and “2PM’s character shows through this one screen cap.”

On another note, Wooyoung began his solo album promotions on June 28th at ‘Mnet ’20s Choice‘.

2PM’s Taecyeon ordered to stand in front of classroom by college professor

2PM‘s Taecyeon has a college professor with a rather hilarious sense of humor.

The above photo surfaced on an online community site with the title, “Taecyeon who went to school to take a test returned home trifled.”

The smart phone screen capture revealed Taecyeon standing in front of a college classroom, sporting a ragged hairstyle. The netizen who posted the photo had written, “Ock Taecyeon came to school to take a test but the professor said, ‘What do you mean you’re going to take the test, you never even come to class. Just stand in the front so the kids can take some pictures [of you]‘ kekekeke. Ahh, an unkempt Taecyeon!”

Taecyeon who is currently attending Dankook University is known to be a sincere student. The professor only gave him a hard time because the two are rather friendly, and Taecyeon had been unable to attend class as of late due to 2PM’s overseas tour and his recent arm injury.

An adorably upset Taecyeon then tweeted in response to the news, “Ah, so upset! That was me actually trying to look fashionable because I was going to school T_T Is it because of my hair?? Kekekeke.”

Netizens who burst into laughter after seeing the photo also remarked, “Is that really Taecyeon? Looking at the cast, it must be”, “That professor is hilarious“, “The students were probably too busy laughing to take a test!”, and more.

2PM draws in 96,000 fans for their ‘High Touch’ events in Japan

2PM‘s Japanese ‘High Touch‘ events have proven to be a success, drawing in a total of 96,000 fans.

To promote their new single ‘Beautiful‘, which was released on June 6th, 2PM held ‘High Touch’ events in two cities. The group held an enjoyable and memorable event in Osaka on June 9th and Makuhari Messe on June 16th.

Their new single “Beautiful” has gained much interest since it was first revealed in a commercial for Sempio Black Vinegar and 140,000 copies of their album were sold in a week. The album ranked first on Tower Record‘s weekly chart and second on the Oricon Weekly Chart, making this one of 2PM’s most successful albums in Japan.

It rained at the Osaka ‘High Touch’ event on June 9th, but 26,000 fans showed up despite the unfavorable weather.

70,000 fans were present for six and a half hours at the June 16th ‘High Touch’ event in Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture. It’s reported that the boys were moved and surprised by their fans’ warm support.

From both the Osaka and Makuhari Messe events, a total of 96,000 fans gathered for 2PM’s ‘High Touch’ meetings, making this the biggest ‘High Touch’ promotion for 2PM so far. Sadly, Taecyeon could not participate in all of the ‘High Touch’ events due to an arm injury. Instead, the staff gave Taecyeon’s trademark ‘Ock Cat’ stickers as gifts as a way for Taecyeon to send his greetings to fans.

2PM stated, “We are always grateful that many people give love and support to us and our new album. We will become a [group that] always works to their fullest. Thank you.”
