DJ DOC’s Kim Chang Ryul shows his support for Shinhwa

DJ DOC‘s Kim Chang Ryul shared a photo taken with a few of the members of Shinhwa.

He shared the above photo via his official Twitter page and wrote, “Whoa, who is this? They are my beloved Shinhwa members. Having a beer party at Minwoo‘s restaurant. Shinhwa’s comeback will be daebak. You guys know everyone is rooting for you, right?”

In the photo, Kim Chang Ryul, Lee Minwoo, and Jun Jin give the camera a thumbs up, while Shin Hye Sung gives a classic ‘V’ pose.

Fans, who were glad to see the boys look so close, wrote, “Supporting Shinhwa’s comeback!”, and “Can’t wait.”

As reported earlier, Shinhwa, the longest-running male idol group in all of K-pop history, are about to make their comeback with their tenth album.

DJ DOC’s Kim Chang Ryul is an IU ‘uncle fan’

DJ DOC member, Kim Chang Ryul recently opened up about his affection for young singer, IU.

On January 15th, the long time singer uploaded a photo taken with IU and wrote, “With IU at today’s New Year special program.  Such a talented and innocent friend.  Where can I find this sort of friend?  Always fighting! IU.  Those in the back can take photos“.

After visiting the singer’s social networking site, netizens were touched by the affectionate photo as the two resembled a father and daughter relationship.  Kim Chang Ryul looks truly happy as he leans toward the idol, smiling brightly before the camera.

Netizens commented, “I think Kim Chang Ryul favors IU a lot“, “If I was a sunbae, I think I would cherish IU as well“, and “They are like a family“.

DJ DOC’s Kim Chang Ryul talks about his experience in taking college entrance exams

DJ DOC‘s Kim Chang Ryul gave a word of encouragment to students taking the college entrance exam.

On November 10th, Kim Chang Ryul tweeted,

“Ah, the college entrance exam. I took the exam last year, don’t be nervous and just solve each problem one at a time. Our trainees are taking their college entrance exams too. Fighting!

How did I complete the test last year? I really wanted to hurry up, finish the test, and get out haha Well there aren’t many subjects left. Fighting!“

In August 2010, Kim Chang Ryul decided to take his high school exit exams after he dropped out when he was younger. In November 2010, he received much attention for taking the college entrance exams alongside other young idol singers.

Kim Chang Ryul introduces his new idol group, ‘WE’

Singer Kim Chang Ryul recently introduced his new idol group, ‘WE‘, through Twitter!

On October 5th, the singer shared a photo and tweeted, “Be prepared! ‘WE’ will be making their first appearance soon!”

From the photo, you can see that his new group has both guys and girls. The group was posing for an album jacket photoshoot, heavily draped in leather outfits.  Chang Ryul seems very proud of his new musical project, as he’s seen waving a peace sign for the camera.

WE will be making their debut later this month.
