TEEN TOP goes colorful for ‘Vogue Girl’

TEEN TOP‘s stylish photo shoot was revealed earlier today.

Receiving much love for their continuous hits like “Going Crazy“, “To You“, and “Be Ma Girl“, TEEN TOP had a photo shoot for the fashion magazine ‘Vogue Girl‘.

Who have previously become a hot issue for their ‘traffic light’ hair styles in their recent comeback, TEEN TOP members were styled to showcase a much more colorful hairstyle for this shoot. Their animal punk outfits were unique and stylish as well.

During the interview following the shoot, TEEN TOP was asked questions including, “their first confessions“, “each members’ style of confessing“, and “a gift they would like to give to their girlfriend“, to which the members answered so honestly and boldly that they even made the reporter flustered.

TEEN TOP to make a comeback in early August

We have exciting news for TEEN TOP fans!

Fans were sad to see TEEN TOP wrap up their promotions for “To You“. However, TOP Media announced today that the boys will be returning in early August with a new album! The message posted on the group’s official fan cafe stated: “Early this August, TEEN TOP will start promotions again with a new album! [The boys] prepared this new album while promoting ‘To You’, and we ask that fans give it a lot of interest and support.”

TEEN TOP performed their goodbye stage on the July 21st broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Show! Music Core‘ with an orchestral accompaniment to thank their fans for all the love and support.

TEEN TOP’s Niel surprises viewers with his ‘sausage lips’ after a nap

TEEN TOP‘s Niel is receiving attention for proving to the viewers that his lips puff up after he wakes up from a sleep.

TEEN TOP members guest starred on the June 27th broadcast of ‘Weekly Idol‘ and revealed the truth about the rumor of Niel having sausage lips, that puff up after sleeping.

To measure the change in lip size before and after a nap, the producers of the show prepared bedding, and Niel actually took a nap during the show. After his nap, Niel shocked the people around him including MC Defcon, who couldn’t hide his surprise after seeing Niel’s lips really puff up. The above picture is a screen capture where it shows Niel’s lips before his nap on the left and his lips after his nap on the right.

Niel attracted laughter by also adding, “When I sleep after eating ramen, my eyes don’t swell up but my lips do.”

Viewers expressed their surprise of seeing Niel’s sausage lips by commenting,”It was funny to see Jung Hyung Don immediately handing over lipstick to preserve the swelling and Niel marking his lips right after he woke up“, “I was impressed to see Niel really asleep“, and “It’s amazing that not his eyes but his lips swell up.”

TEEN TOP successfully concludes their first solo concert tour in Japan

Idol group TEEN TOP successfully finished their first solo concert tour.

The group held concerts for ‘TEEN TOP Japanese Tour 2012‘ in Osaka on June 19th, Nagoya on the 20th, and finished up in Tokyo on the 21st.

The group performed 21 songs during the 2 hour events, including their new track “To You“, their hit “Don’t Spray Perfume“, their debut song “Clap” as well as their first chart topper “Crazy“.

After singing their debut song the members stated, “We think back to two years ago, and [we feel it in our hearts]. We worried how many of you would show up to our solo concert here in Japan, but we are deeply moved by seeing so many of our fans.  We fulfilled our dream of having a solo concert two years after our debut.  It is because of you that we are here,” expressing their heartfelt thanks to fans.

As they sang their last song, “Angel“, the members began to shed tears and because of the screams of their fans, they returned to the stage to put on encore performances of “Shake it!” as well as other tracks.They promised, “We will perform live again after we have developed more and show a [better] side of us.”

TEEN TOP releases a dance practice video for “To You”

Idol group TEEN TOP who recently released a standing version MV for their new song “To You” has also released a dance practice video!

Though out of breath from many repetitive rehearsals, the boys keep a positive attitude as they power through what seems to be their final practice dance of the night and nail every move.

At the end, an exhausted Neil repeats a part of the song that’s fitting for his tired state: “I can’t do it anymore, so don’t expect anything like that from me.”

Teen Top’s C.A.P. reveals the secret to his white hair

Teen Top‘s C.A.P. shared a picture through their me2day, which revealed the secret to his white hair.

On June 10th, C.A.P. posted, “Here’s the secret to my white hair! The unimaginable and super special secret was a toothbrush! Successful transformation whenever and wherever as long as I have a toothbrush! But I’m not rubbing on toothpaste,” adding an aegyo filled explanation at the end.

After seeing the post, fans responded with, “Thought it was hair dye but that was the secret, that’s funny“, “Instead of white hair, we should call it toothbrush hair“, and “A new discovery for the use of a toothbrush!! He has sense to explain that it’s not toothpaste.”

Meanwhile, Teen Top is currently promoting their third mini album’s title song, “To You” and has been receiving much love for their strong live vocals revealed in their mr removed videos.

TEEN TOP releases “To You” standing version MV

TEEN TOP has released the “standing version” of the music video for “To You“.

“To You” is the title song of the group’s third mini-album ‘Artist‘, which was released May 30 KST. The track’s choreography has been receiving a lot of love, and TEEN TOP previously posted a dance version of the music video as well as a little tutorial session with member Changjo.

The standing version features a wide shot of the entire group with the underground garage in the original music video as a backdrop.

TEEN TOP’s “To You” tops the charts with its release

TEEN TOP‘s new song “To You” has topped the charts immediately following its release.

With the release of “To You” at midnight on the 30th, TEEN TOP took home the number one spots on main music sites such as Melon, Bugs, Soribada, and Cyworld Music.

Their new song, “To You”, is an emotional song with a lyrical melody and strong drum beats. The song has high expectations since it was produced by hit-maker, Brave Brothers.

Famous for their new concepts and intense choreography every time they release a new album, there seems to be a lot of curiosity for what kind of performance TEEN TOP will bring for the new song.

Meanwhile, the group will make their comeback with a set that took ~$85,000 USD to produce, kicking off with this week’s airing of KBS‘ ‘Music Bank‘.

TEEN TOP is drawing world-wide attention with the release of their comeback date.

As a result of releasing their video teasers for their title song, ‘To You‘, the boys have been the number one searched group as well as becoming a trending topic on Twitter for the past 3 days.

A representative from TOP Media stated, “For twitter world trend issue, TEEN TOP placed #1 as soon as the teaser released showing that they are garnering attraction from their overseas fans.”

The anticipation in Japan is even hotter as TEEN TOP reached #1 on Tower Records for two days even before their debut with their licensed album, which is a compilation album of some of their past hits.

The much love and attention that TEEN TOP is receiving  was shown through various congratulatory rice wreaths from fans all over the world such as Japan, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
