SECRET releases group teaser photo for ‘Poison’

SECRET has released the group teaser photo for their 3rd mini-album ‘Poison‘.

TS Entertainment also told allthatkpops that SECRET fans can look forward to the release of the first teaser video for ‘Poison’ today, September 6 KST. The individual album jacket teaser photos were released earlier for Hyosung, Ji Eun, Zinger, and Sunhwa.

According to their stylist, the girls are going with a concept “based off the 1940s British ‘lady look’ and ‘espionage look’.”

‘Poison’ will release on September 13 KST.

SECRET releases Sunhwa’s teaser photo for ‘Poison’

After revealing their teaser photos for Hyosung, Ji Eun, and Zinger, SECRET has released the next teaser photo for ‘Poison‘ featuring Sunhwa!

Sunhwa carries on the classy, yet sexy theme going on in the previous teaser photos, but has kept her hair soft and messy with a braid rather than utilizing a hair piece like the other members.

As previously mentioned by their stylist, the group’s new look is “based off the 1940′s British ‘lady look’ and ‘espionage look’”

SECRET reveals release date for their new dance track “Poison”

Girl group SECRET who captured the hearts of their male fans with bubbly and feminine charms will be returning to the K-Pop scene on September 13th.

SECRET had temporarily left Korea to partake in promotions in Japan and other countries overseas, however the girls will soon be making their first comeback in 11 months since releasing their first formal album ‘Moving In SECRET‘.

Their title song was selected to be the dance track “Poison“, written by Kim Ki Bum and Kang Ji Won who wrote their previous hits “Madonna“, “Starlight Moonlight“, “Shy Boy“, and more, and the girls are ready to once again unleash their unique ‘SECRET’ charms.

An insider from the girls’ agency remarked, “To say that this song is very much characteristic of ‘SECRET’ would be most appropriate. You will be able to see a mature, and sexier side of the girls, and the styles will be very different. Please look forward to a new and different side to SECRET.”

Similar to girl group KARA who made a sexy comeback with “Pandora“, the girls of SECRET are ready to show their fans a bit more sensual side of themselves with “Poison”.

But different from KARA who emphasized white and nude tones in their outfits, SECRET will be donning more bright and vibrant colors.

Their rep continued, “The SECRET members all look very different. Fans will be able to see the results of their diets,” evoking curiosity and anticipation amongst fans.

SECRET will be kicking off their new Korean promotions on September 13th!

SECRET to return with “Poison” next month

More details on SECRET‘s upcoming mini-album have been released!

Agency TS Entertainment announced on August 23 KST, “SECRET will be making a comeback after 11 months since their first full-length album ‘Moving in Secret‘ was released last October. [Their new album] will be out around September 13th.”

The title track of the mini-album is “Poison“, a dance track composed by Kang Ji Won and Kim Ki Bum.

A representative from TS Entertainment commented, “Though ‘Poison’ is a song that showcases SECRET’s unique color, the members will be trading their cute, friendly image in for a more sexy, feminine concept. This album will be a new leap for SECRET.”
