Super Junior’s Donghae becomes a handsome patissier for ‘Miss Panda and Porcupine’

Super Junior‘s Donghae transformed into a genius patissier.

The above photo of Donghae while dressed up for his role in channel A‘s new drama series ‘Miss Panda and Porcupine‘ was revealed on June 11th.

The drama series tells the love story of Go Seung Ji (played by Donghae), the ‘porcupine’, who comes off as cold and curt, and the random and lively Miss Panda who has a cake shop that earns no profit.

Different from his character’s personality that’s rather aggressive and difficult, Donghae looks rather charming and handsome in his white chef uniform displays his softer, more delicate side as he creates cakes.

A representative from ‘Miss Panda and Porcupine’ remarked, “Donghae actually displayed some impressive baking talent, which also proved how passionate he was about his role. Transforming into a chef, Donghae will be brightening up the small screen with his sweet acting skills. It should be something to look forward to.”

‘Miss Panda and Porcupine’ is currently preparing for it’s summer broadcast.

Super Junior’s Donghae and actress Yoon Seung Ah to star as couple in new drama

Super Junior‘s Donghae and actress Yoon Seung Ah have been cast as a couple in ‘Miss Panda and Porcupine‘.

On May 22nd, a broadcasting representative told Newsen, “Yoon Seung Ah and Donghae will appear together on ‘Miss Panda and Porcupine’…The airing time will be confirmed in the future. They are currently filming.”

Channel A‘s ‘Miss Panda and Porcupine’ is a romantic comedy about baking. Yoon Seung Ah gained much fame after appearing in MBC‘s ‘Moon Embraces the Sun‘, while Donghae appeared in his first drama, ‘It’s Ok, Daddy’s Daughter‘ back in 2010.

‘Miss Panda and Porcupine’ will air its first episode in July.
