Boyfriend‘s Youngmin has been all the buzz online thanks to a few paparazzi photos snapped of him in Seorae Village.

Online community boards recently updated with the pictures under the title, “The Kim Hyun Joong of Seorae Village? Boyfriend Youngmin’s pictures! Eye candy”.

Although he’s dressed casually, his tall height and handsome looks were enough to captivate netizens with the pictures alone. Many commented, “Thought he was Kim Hyun Joong.. They really look alike”, “Total eye candy!”, “I’d be happy to see him in real life”, and “Now that I know his company’s in Seorae Village, I must pay a visit!”

Boyfriend is currently spending busy days preparing for their Japanese debut, as well as the release of their special Japanese album, ‘We are BOYFRIEND‘, on June 6th.

Boyfriend members sign their autographs with BB cream

Members Youngmin, Kwangmin, and Donghyun of rookie group Boyfriend attended a product launch event on November 9th for skincare brand Lab Series.

The brand showcased some new products they’ll launching early next year, which included a 3-piece skin-brightening set, as well as a BB cream for men and max LS water lotion.

In honor of their new BB cream, Lab Series hosted a special event that had celebrities sign their name with BB cream instead of ink. In the above photo, the Boyfriend members hold up their personal autographs signed on black paper.

Definitely an eye-catching event!

‘Boyfriend’ twins pose for VOGUE GIRL magazine

Twins Youngmin and Kwangmin of rookie group Boyfriend who have quickly climbed the charts with their hit song “Don’t Touch My Girl” recently posed for Vogue Girl Magazine.

The brothers who are being labeled as the ‘Kim Hyun Joong twins‘ completed a photo shoot titled ‘Extraordinary Beauty’ with a mysterious, fantasy-like but still youthful concept.

Netizens who saw the photos remarked, “Can’t take my eyes away“, “They look so mysterious“, and “They look like animation characters“.

In related news, the members of Boyfriend are actively promoting their album on various television programs.

Boyfriend’s Youngmin provides fan service for gagman Nam Hee Suk

Boyfriend‘s Youngmin recently expressed his aegyo charms for gagman Nam Hee Suk after finding out about a particular tweet he had left in regards to Boyfriend’s guesting on KBS‘s ‘Gag Concert‘.

On October 23rd, Boyfriend guested in the ‘Bong Brothers’ corner of the popular comedy show and performed their title track, “Don’t Touch My Girl“. Upon seeing the broadcast, Nam Hee Suk wrote on his Twitter, “Group Boyfriend… The blonde boy… You’re more handsome than my wife.. Really.”

Youngmin caught the tweet and replied, “Thank you for watching over us. Bbuing bbuing. We’ll work hard!” He also left two sel-cas of himself doing the popular ‘High Kick 3‘ aegyo, ‘Bbuing Bbuing’.

Fans commented, “Melting at the sight of Youngmin’s aegyo,” “Ham Hee Suk-ssi must be happy,” and “Bbuing bbuing is the best!”

Boyfriend reveals their tips on how to tell twins Youngmin and Kwangmin apart

Boyfriend is known for being one of the few groups in K-Pop that has twin brothers. Although it’s easy to tell the twins apart by their hairstyles, what would happen if they wore a hat? The members gave some pointers on how to differentiate between Youngmin and Kwangmin.

They began, “You can tell Youngmin and Kwangmin apart without relying on their hairstyles alone.” Hyunsung continued, “Kwangmin has a longer jawline while Youngmin’s is softer and more feminine.”

Leader Donghyun added, “They have different personalities as well. Youngmin is easy-going and smooth, while Kwangmin is masculine. Kwangmin is like the hyung, but at the end of the day, Youngmin steps up as the real hyung when he has to.”

Reminiscing back to the first time he saw them, Donghyun stated, “I was with the twins when we were training, but I didn’t know they were twins at first. They had different hair colors then as well. Our training rooms are divided into room ‘A’ and room ‘B’ and I remember being shocked to see the same kid in two different rooms. I thought I had seen an illusion.”

He continued, “I sometimes wonder how fortunate Youngmin and Kwangmin are to be able to tell each other everything. No matter how close we are as members, it isn’t easy to bring up personal thoughts.”
