Vocal group Tritops‘ cover of INFINITE‘s ‘The Chaser‘ is gaining much attention from fans of both groups!
Recently, the trio arranged a ballad/acoustic version of the hit song to perform at their mini-fan meeting. A fancam of the arrangement was uploaded online on Korean portal sites and recorded 120,000 views instantly.
With Hyungmoon on the guitar, the members bring together the ballad version of the dance track with beautiful harmonization.
Netizens commented, “The original song is great so this is just as great”, “Their voices are awesome”, “I want INFINITE to sing this version as well”, and “Wow, their harmonization is amazing!”

Tritops has released the album jacket photos for the trio’s first mini album ‘Sweet holic‘.
The vocal group released the photos on May 16th on their official fan cafe. In the photos, the three members are dressed completely in white in front of a white background. The sweet, comfortable concept fits in perfectly with the name of the new album.
The tracks on the ‘Sweet holic’ album are set in order of different stages of love with the themes: waiting, romance, addiction, and sadness.
A staff member at Tritops’ agency, JSPrime stated, “Their concept will be completely different from the past song, ‘Bad Boy‘, and will fit the current warmer weather. The album is filled with comfortable, sweet songs. We hope you all look forward to the album.”
Tritops’ first mini album ‘Sweet holic’ will be released through music sites on May 22nd.
