Singer Son Dambi has announced that she’ll be making a comeback this Spring!

Although Son Dambi is currently busy with her MBC drama, ‘Lights and Shadows‘, she’s planning to release a new album sometime in May.

On February 13th, Son Dambi’s representatives stated, “Son Dambi will complete her drama and make her comeback at the same time. She is currently working on new songs with producer Brave Brothers.”

Fans are looking forward to her new album, especially since it’s drawn the talents of Brave Brothers, who helped produce her previous hits, “Saturday Night” and “Crazy“.

Son Dambi reveals the ‘femme fatale’ within for recent H&T photo shoot

Son Dambi showcased her beautiful figure and curves in a recent photo shoot.

Singer Son Dambi recently completed a photo shoot for fashion brand H&T. The concept for this shoot was ‘Year-End Party Look’, and she showcased her sexy and ‘uniquely Son Dambi’ charm & appeals in a sexy black mini with a black coat to match.

Son Dambi lived up to her title as ‘Sexy Queen’ as the dress highlighted her voluptuous figure and the design of the dress helped draw attention to her hips.

Her hair and makeup was also bold. She donned smokey eye makeup and a tossled, wavy hairstyle. In one photo, the singer slightly cocked her head backwards and exuded self confidence while in another, she expressed her ‘femme fatale’ charms by seductively putting on her lipstick with her coat hanging off her shoulder.

A few photos of After School‘s Kahi and UEE along with label mate Son Dambi have surfaced on various online community boards on the 1st with the caption, “AfterSchool and Son Dambi. Perfect Figures“.

The feature that caught the netizens’ attention was their long and shapely legs. All three of the girls are dressed in tube-top minis, displaying their perfect figures, evoking envy amongst their fans. The girls didn’t seem to even have 1% of body fat.

On November 14th, singer Son Dambi wrote on her Twitter, “I’m going to Mok Po today to film. I want to party before the long travel,” and posted the picture above.

On November 3rd, a few photo’s from Son Dambi‘s H&T pictorial were revealed, proving that she is indeed a sexy queen with her ‘S’ line figure.

The singer is endorsing the brand’s latest Fall fashion line and the outfit that garnered the most attention was her all-black ensemble consisting of an aviator jacket, mini lace dress, and high heel boots.

Want to be involved in a scandal with Son Dambi?

Son Dambi recently picked up an endorsement deal with the Korea Exchange Bank‘s (KEB)‘Crossmile Card’. To promote the credit card, KEB launched a ‘social movie’ (aka an interactive movie) featuring the singer earlier this month.

In its plot, Son Dambi escapes from her busy schedule to go on a secret trip with the Facebook user, but ends up getting caught and finds herself in the midst of a scandal.

The ‘social movie’ is a unique concept in that it allows for anyone with a Facebook account to become a main character in the movie, and interact with Son Dambi. In addition, the user is able to choose other friends they want to cast in the movie as well.

Thanks to Son Dambi’s tweets, the movie gained much interest even before it even launched, and has already accumulated over 25,000 views.

Netizens commented, “The video clip was so realistic that I really felt like a scandal had broken out. It’s so cool,” “It was awesome becoming the main character of a scandal with Son Dambi.”

On October 1st, singer / actress Son Dambi uploaded a cute selca of herself via Twitter where she’s seen posing in what appears to be a crowded bus in Hong Kong.

Along with the attached photo, she wrote, “I’m never going to forget this. fighting!“.

Her unique fashion caught the attention of many as she donned a red, punctured shirt along with a black fedora.  Despite riding on an overly crowded bus, she embraced the moment by snapping a photo giving the peace sign.  She sure stands out amongst the crowd, doesn’t she?

Son Dambi to make small screen comeback after 2 years with ‘Light and Shadow’

After taking a two year hiatus from her acting career, Son Dambi will be making her return to the small screen in November.

According to information revealed by drama officials, Son Dambi was cast for a leading role in MBC‘s 50th anniversary special drama, ‘Light and Shadow‘. Although she was planning to make a singing comeback this year, she’s decided to put that on hold for her comeback to the small screen.

This is the first time in two years since her last work with SBS‘s ‘Dream‘ in 2009. She’ll be playing the role of a politician’s daughter right alongside actor Ahn Jae Wook.

Directed by Lee Joo Hwan of ‘Jumong‘ fame, the drama is one that officials are keeping an eye on. The drama will begin airing in November.
