In the most recent episode of MBC‘s ‘High Kick 3 – Counterattack of the Short Legs‘, the creditors come track down Ahn Nae Sang‘s family, and the family goes into hiding once again.
Ahn Nae Sang was in the shower as the creditor’s appear and his wife Yoon Yoo Sun kicks open the locked door and pulls him out of the bathroom. He begins to run out in the nude and of course falls and rolls on the floor. Instead of the usual mosaic blurring to hide the nudity, the scene was edited with the use of a ‘smiley face’.
Also in the episode, Park Jin Hee‘s character is receiving treatment from Yoon Kye Sang on her bottom, and is hesitant to pull down her drawers. Yoon Kye Sang informs her that to a doctor, “arm or the rear end, it’s all the same,” and she decides to go ahead with the treatment. Park Jin Hee’s scene was also edited with a smiley face instead of a mosaic blur.
The previous episode caused quite the stir among netizens, as Park Jin Hee’s bottom was covered with a mosaic effect and viewers felt it was too explicit for minors as the show airs at a time when the family watches TV together, hence the change to the smiley face.
