Former Sugar member Ayumi and Japanese singer GACKT rumored to be in a relationship

Former member of girl group Sugar, Ayumi (27), has been rumored to be dating top Japanese star, GACKT (38).

The rumored relationship between the two have been making headlines in Japan and is also becoming one of the hottest topic of the day in Korea.

Weekly Japanese tabloid magazine “FRIDAY” reported that singers GACKT and Ayumi (who goes by the stage name of ICONIQ in Japan) are currently in a relationship. The latest magazine issue released on June 22nd contains photos of the alleged couple together.

According to FRIDAY, the rumored couple went to a high class French restaurant and dined there for around three hours eating and sipping wine. In one of the photos, the rumored couple can be seen gazing at each other and holding hands. When they parted, they gave each other a hug. GACKT and Ayumi both appeared to be very happy.

The couple became acquainted through the music festival “a-nation” last year and became closer when they met together with staff to go out and eat. According to officials, their relationship is starting to truly blossom.

When Sankei Sports approached GACKT and Ayumi’s companies neither negated the rumor, but said, “It’s their private lives and they can do what they wish.”

Netizens concerned over Ayumi’s “too-thin” body

Fans have expressed their concern for former Sugar member Ayumi‘s overly-thin body.

On June 15th, Ayumi posted the above photos on her Twitter and wrote, “I am in paradise“.

In the released photos, Ayumi snapped a picture of the beautiful scenery of the ocean and showed off her beauty wearing a white tank top with her hair tied-up. However, fans were more concerned over Ayumi’s thin face and extremely frail and skinny arms, remarking that they pity her.

Her followers commented, “I don’t think she looks sexy, I feel sorry for her” and “Where is your paradise?“.

In related news, Ayumi recently revealed that she is planning to make a comeback in Korea.

Former Sugar member Ayumi wants to return to Korea

Former Sugar member Ayumi recently revealed her daily activities via her Twitter page.

In the photos, Ayumi looks much more mature than when she was active in Korea as an idol star. Her look has matured enough that she may be unrecognizable to Korean fans who are accustomed to the cute & bubbly Ayumi from Sugar, but she looks beautiful all the same.

The photos are snapshots of Ayumi’s daily life, and they captured her doing things like running on the treadmill, working, and posing for the camera while rocking a pair of shades.

Her feminine appeal is showcased in all of the various photos. Ayumi showed off a much slimmer figure, and her weight loss highlighted her V-line chin as well as her doll-like features.

In 2009, under a new stage name of Iconiq she made her official foray into the Japanese entertainment industry. She recently revealed her honest feelings that she wanted to return to Korea’s entertainment industry.

When a netizen commented, “I wish you would come back to Korea“, Ayumi responded with, “Thank you. When given the opportunity, I would like to as well ^^ (Me too) I want to see you all again.”
