Psy refutes reports that “Gangnam Style” earned him ten billion won

With the current trend that is Psy‘s “Gangnam Style“, one would expect him to be rolling in money – or at least, show a comfortable increase in his bank account.

However, in a recent broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Entertainment Relay‘, he refuted all of his income-related rumors, saying “There were some stories about how I earned 10 billion won [approx. 9 million USD], but nothing came to me. There’s nothing,” he laughed.

He also had something to say about his rising popularity in America. “I’m just worried that Americans will now think that all Asians will look like me,” he joked.
