The trial between SM Entertainment and the members of JYJ took place on August 10 in Seoul Central District and resulting in their contract dispute could not come to an agreement and is pushed back again. JYJ's attorney in law stated, “The difference in opinion between the two sides is too extreme. An agreement could not be reached. As a result, there will be another trial to take place in mid September.” (The trial has been on going for three years due to unsettled agreement)
We also hope that they would have come to an agreement at last and not letting down their fans.
