Lee Min Ho Kidnaps Kim Hee Sun in ‘Faith’

Lee Min Ho made quite the first impression on Kim Hee Sun, when he kidnapped her during their first meeting together.

Recent photos released for the upcoming SBS drama Faith show Lee Min Ho staring at Kim Hee Sun with a serious expression while Kim Hee Sun stares back with curiosity.

The next photo then shows Lee Min Ho carrying Kim Hee Sun over his shoulder, while holding a police shield.




The story goes that Lee Min Ho traveled to modern times to bring back a doctor with him to the Goryeo Dynasty. Upon being told Kim Hee Sun is a doctor, Lee Min Ho picks her up and decides to kidnap her back to the past.

The drama staff revealed that this scene is very important as it brings the two characters together for the first time.

Although he had to carry Kim Hee Sun many times, Lee Min Ho kept a smile on his face throughout the entire filming process and even worried that Kim Hee Sun would get hurt from his thick warrior’s uniform.

Faith is about a time travel love story between a king’s warrior living in the Goryeo dynasty and a plastic surgeon in modern times.

The first episode is scheduled to air on August 13.
