Olympic Swimmer Park Tae Hwan Says Filming ‘Running Man’ Was Harder Than Swimming the 1500m


Olympic Gold medalist Park Tae Hwan has shared his candid thoughts on filming for SBS’ Running Man.

As previously reported, Olympians Park Tae Hwan and Son Yeon Jae will next appear as the guests for SBS’ Running Man.

Ahead of the episode’s airing, a few preview still cuts were released showing the two Olympic stars in the middle of filming for the popular variety show.

At the sight of rhythm gymnast Son Yeon Jae, the newly-engaged Haha was said to be unable to contain his excitement for the young star and even revealed a special hidden story involving the two.

Swimmer Park Tae Hwan remained his characteristic upbeat self despite the multitude of tiring challenges.

During filming Park Tae Hwan himself expressed his surprise at how rigorous the show was saying, “Running Man’s filming is more difficult than swimming the 1500m.”











The episode will also show Son Yeon Jae’s ‘number song’ which was said to have won over the entire set for her cute charms.

The special episode will air on SBS on September 2.
