FNC Unveils Last Batch of Upcoming Girl Group AOA (Ace of Angels) Members

FNC has unveiled the full member roster of its upcoming girl group.

The remaining three members of FNC Music’s AOA (Ace of Angels) were revealed on July 21, 22 and 23 respectively.

Sixth angel Minaring is the group’s rapper and bassist. She was previously well known among netizens for being a famous ulzzang and many of her past ulzzang pictures can be found online. Minaring is described by the site as one “who plays the harp all the time.”







Next to be introduced was seventh member Jiminel, the lute player and the leader of the seven angels. Jiminel was born in 1991 and plays the guitar and raps for the group. She is said to be talented in rap-making and lived in China, making her adept in Mandarin.




Fans curious about the group’s ‘7+1’ membership concept found out more about the membership composition with the pictures released on July 23.

The final and eighth member of the group is Yookyung, who goes by the name ‘Y,’ in the group. Born in 1993, she is the group’s drummer and is described on the AOA homepage as a half human-half angel being.




According to the homepage, “The seven angels always looked into the human world through their crystal ball and loved people’s music.”





However, “One day, Y the key keeper, out of curiosity, opened the gate heading to the ground and came down to Earth with the seven angels,” presumably leading to the group’s debut.




The first teaser video for the group will be released on July 24.
