Fat Cat hospitalized due to kidney issues and fatigue

It has been revealed that singer Fat Cat was hospitalized after completing her performance on SBS‘s ‘Inkigayo‘ on March 18th.

A representative of her agency stated, “Because her conditions did not improve, Fat Cat ended up being hospitalized at Shinchon Severance Hospital after completing her performance on Inkigayo. The swelling on her hands, feet, face, and her body did not subside, and she has also been suffering from fatigue. In order to protect the health of our singer and to get an accurate diagnosis, we have decided to have her hospitalized.”

They continued, “Based on the results, we will determine whether or not to have her continue with her activities.”

Back on March 11th, Fat Cat was diagnosed with kidney problems, but while awaiting further results she has continued on with her activities.  She had been having IV treatments to assist her in completing acivities, but it now seems things have gotten worse.

Fat Cat released her 3rd single album ‘Like a Dream‘ on March 9th and has been actively promoting her album. She was even able to successfully complete her very first variety show appearance.

Talented singer Fat Cat has returned with a sexy new photoshoot for ‘Maxim‘ magazine that has heads turning everywhere!

Fat Cat is known for her dramatic transformations, such as with her “Like a Dream” and “Is Being Pretty Everything” comebacks. She doesn’t disappoint, as she’s come with a sultry new look that incorporates brunette locks and spunky blonde hair. The pictorial showcased an innocent image as well as a sexy one, which we haven’t previously seen before from the singer.

A staff on set commented, “Fat Cat is able to turn any hair style or article of clothing into something entirely her own. More than anything, her bright, innocent image is her best strength.”

Fat Cat will be making her “Like a Dream” comeback on March 9th.

Fat Cat continues filming despite injuring her ankle

Rookie artist Fat Cat, who’s made a splash with her debut single, “Indifferent Love”, has touched people with her determination to perform, despite suffering from an ankle injury.

On October 4th, Fat Cat stretched a tendon in her left ankle before she began filming for KBS‘s‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook’. Although the level of pain was said to be hard for one to even stand, Fat Cat refused to cancel.

Her company stated, “Although the hospital told her she must rest, Fat Cat’s strong will drove her to continue… She received emergency treatment and acupuncture on the injured area and returned to the set, filming until the end of the show.”

They continued, “We have to keep an eye out on her condition, but we will try to do our best to make sure we won’t cause problems for her schedule this weekend.”

After she wrapped up her appearance on ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook’, Fat Cat returned to the hospital to receive treatment.

This episode of  ’Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook’ will broadcast on October 7th.
