SM Entertainment and JYJ's negotiation failed once again.
On 10th, SM Entertainment and JYJ were given negotiation period by the Seoul Central Court, but failed to find the point of compromise.
Both sides will have to wait for the final decision at this point.
JYJ members didn't show up at the negotiation, and their lawyer showed up instead. Management director Kim Young Min showed up from SM Entertainment, and he only said he had nothing to say.
JYJ's lawyer said, "SM Entertainment is wanting to ignore what happened in the past, but we can't accept everything," and "The court suggested us to negotiate by ourselves, but since we failed to make a negotiation, all we can do is just waiting for the final decision of the court comes out."
