Yoon Kye Sang Plays Developmentally Disabled Imposter in New Movie

Former g.o.d. member and actor Yoon Kye Sang is making a comeback to the big screen after a year.

On July 19, Yoon Kye Sang’s A-List Entertainment revealed the actor had been cast as the male lead for the upcoming movie Acting Class.

In the movie, he plays minor actor Sung Woo, who, to pay back the debt accumulated by his father’s stroke, tricks a wealthy conglomerate family into thinking he is their long lost developmentally disabled son.

The agency expressed deep interest in the movie’s script saying, “From the moment we received the movie scenario we were coveting the production” and added Yoon Kye Sang is already focusing entirely on his character.

On portraying a man with developmental disabilities, his agency added, “Through this production, [Yoon Kye Sang] will show a wide range of himself. It is true we do feel pressure and have concerns as it is a difficult role. But we are thankful for being a part of such a good production and will do our best.”

The film will begin production in September.
