Through the July 29th episode of SBS TV’s ‘Inkigayo’ program, female singer BoA made her long awaited comeback by performing her new songs ‘Only One’ and ‘The Shadow’.
However, it was revealed that BoA did not sing live during her performances and had lip-synced instead. This was because it was not possible to sing and dance perfectly at the same time and thus she had to give up on singing live to give off a thrilling dance performance.
And with singing live off her mind, BoA did brought her thrilling dances to the stage in both of her performances. BoA had said before her comeback stage, “During my comeback stage, there will be times where I sing, and times when I will lip-sync. This is because it’s theoretically impossible to sing and dance in perfect motion at the same time.”
Besides BoA, others who performed during this episode of ‘Inkigayo’ include Super Junior, 2NE1, PSY, B2ST, SISTAR, T-ARA, Wooyoung (2PM), After School, ZE:A, NS Yoon G, B.A.P, December, GLAM and CHAOS.
