Park Jin Young Reveals He Almost Didn′t Cast 2PM′s Nichkhun

Park Jin Young has made a surprising revelation about 2PM’s Nichkhun.

On a recent recording for KBS’ Happy Together, Park Jin Young shared that he initially hesitated in casting Nichkhun as a trainee for JYP Entertainment.

“JYP’s casting director discovered Nichkhun and brought him in, but I had doubts that Nichkhun could become a singer,” confessed Park Jin Young as he went on to share he held doubts on how far Nichkhun could grow in his skills as a singer and dancer.




However, Park Jin Young shared he was glad he did cast Nichkhun in the end as he made the set erupt into laughter saying, “Now Nichkhun practically keeps our company alive!”

The confession on Nichkhun and other interesting stories will air on the July 19 episode of Happy Together
