On July 9, producer Kim Hye Young of Golden 12 tweeted two photos with the caption, ‘Lee Hyori’s out to get Mnet’s Show Me the Money! Wow. Everyone that’s here today is in for a treat!’ The two photos show Lee Hyori waiting backstage for her performance.



Lee Hyori had previously tweeted about the show, ‘I must still like hip hop. Show Me the Money is fun to watch. If, by any chance, you need me, please give me a call. I want to stand on stage with Illtong.’ Following the tweet, it was revealed that the producers and Lee Hyori were scheduling an appearance, gathering more anticipation for the show.

The date for Lee Hyori’s appearance was never announced, and her surprise appearance this day indeed gave her audience a night to remember. The photos showing Lee Hyori in sexy hip-hop fashion have been racking up anticipation for her appearance.
