On July 27th, the production company for upcoming SBS drama ‘Faith’ released new stills of female lead, Kim Hee Sun who plays the role of female doctor, Yoo Eun Soo from the present era who gets kidnapped and transported into the Goryeo Dynasty era.
In the drama, Kim Hee Sun had to don high heels and go on the run to avoid being captured by General Choi Young played by Lee Min Ho. There were times where she even had to run on bare foot, and also sweated profusely because of the intensity. But Kim Hee Sun did all of the stunts herself without a body double and was very professional about it.
A production staff said, “Yoo Eun Soo has a determined personality and has high adaptability. Since being kidnapped to the Goryeo Dynasty era, she has never once stopped to find a way to return to the present. In order to portray her role well, Kim Hee Sun has really worked hard at it.”
The staff also added that Kim Hee Sun never fails to put on a smile at the filming sites and always display her kind personality to everyone, and has earned praises and love from all the staff.
‘Faith’ will premiere on August 13th.
