Korean girl group, Brown Eyed Girls revealed their new single ‘The Original’ on the 17th and also released their title track MV ‘One Summer Night’s Dream’ to begin their comeback.
Having astounded with their vocal abilities and elegant dance performances for their previous album ‘Sixth Sense’ last year, the Brown Eyed Girls have been tagged as a girl group with immense talent.
Through their new single ‘The Original’, the girls will be showcasing their concept of Hybrid Soul which was something that they have been leaning towards.
The release of their new song has however left many stunned. Many commented, “Are they breaking out of the trend of releasing dance songs for the summer?” “What a stunning transformation”, “Are they returning to their roots?”
Their new single will definitely satisfy fans who have been anticipating hearing the Brown Eyed Girls sing ballads, with the single entirely produced by leader, Jea for the first time.
Their title track ‘One Summer Night’s Dream’ was co-composed by Jea and Dr. Kim, with lyrics penned by Kim Eana. As the title implies, the song is about a couple who is madly in love with each other one summer night and brings out the vocal talent of each member.
The girls will begin comeback activities from this week.
