2PM Members Split Pay while Super Junior Keeps Their Own

While he may earn the most income in the group, 2PM’s Nichkhun revealed that he still splits his pay six ways with the other members.

Nichkhun appeared on MBC’s Radio Star and talked about the pay system in 2PM.



Yoon Jong Shin mentioned that Nichkhun was 2011’s popular commercial model but still splits his pay with the other 2PM members.

Nichkhun explained that the 2PM members agreed to do this even for individual activities. “I sometimes complain about it, but not every day.” He also added that he keeps the earnings that he got in Thailand.

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun then mentioned that Chansung must like the system, as he’s the most inactive of the group.




When the MCs asked Kyuhyun if Super Junior used this pay system, Kyuhyun said no, due to the large number of members in the group.

“We take what we earned.” He said, “But we basically know who earns the most money and it’s Siwon.”

Kyuhyun added, “For a while, Siwon was on a decline, but now he’s getting popular again. His household is number one. His pay is number one. His face is number one. His height is number one. Everything about him is number one.”

Kyuhyun also jokingly complained that he doesn’t earn anything from being an MC on Radio Star
