K-Pop fashion seminar to be held in Seoul





A fashion seminar will be held at Seoul Arts College on January 12th and 13th for those who are interested in learning about fashion and style from influential figures in the industry.


Korea’s top stylists Jung Bo Yoon and Ji Eun, who have both been responsible for the looks of many idol groups, will be at the event, garnering special interest from the public.


Jung Bo Yoon is currently the stylist to artists like TVXQ, BEAST, After School, and 4minute. She has also been the the stylist for Lee Hyori since her Fin.K.L days, and outfitted many other legendary names in the industry like Seo Taiji, Deux, Sechs Kies, BoA, Cool, Ha Ji Won, Ahn Jae Wook, Park Ji Yoon, Han Ga In, and more.


Ji Eun, meanwhile, is the head of her styling team at YG Entertainment, and has been managing the fashions of YG artists since the time of Jinusean and 1TYM. She is also responsible for Gummy, 2NE1, Big Bang, and more.


Lee Chung Chung, the general director of the Lee Sang Bong Collection, will also be present as well as professor Park Myung Sun who was previously a top editor of a fashion magazine. Professor Choi Won, who is an expert when it comes to stage ensembles, will give a special lecture as will Ahn Hyun Joo.


The event will cover the styling process of K-Pop idols, in addition to learning about innovative and original styles. Seminar attendees will also learn how to create clothes from traditional Korean paper, while learning about the design process of stage outfits, the creation of a fashionable handbag, and more.
