It has been revealed that Jaurim will not be holding a special graduation stage on ‘I Am A Singer’.
On January 2nd, for fans awaiting Jaurim’s ‘I Am A Singer’ graduation stage, Kim Yoon Ah tweeted, “Due to production policy, we are unable to hold a graduation performance. Instead, they are sending us a compilation of all our performances. We are sad too.”
Following Park Jung Hyun and Kim Bum Soo, Jaurim became the third singer to graduate from ‘I Am A Singer’.
After Park Jung Hyun and Kim Bum Soo graduated, the two singers sang a duet “Scars Deeper Than Love” for their goodbye stage. This stage was created as a courtesy stage to honor the singers who have worked hard to graduate. Unfortunately, at the time of Park Jung Hyun and Kim Bum Soo’s graduation, YB was eliminated and was unable to stand on the goodbye stage with them.
Jaurim, known for holding innovative performances, has fans expressing their sorrow because they will not be able to see the band’s goodbye performance.
To ease their fans’ sorrows, Jaurim will be releasing a live CD and DVD of all their performances from the show. On January 1st, Jaurim’s agency revealed that Jaurim’s 15 songs performed through the 7 rounds, over 5 months, will be compiled into a CD and DVD and released at the end of this month.
This album will hold tracks such as Jaurim’s first “I Am A Singer” performance of Song Chang Shik‘s “Whale Hunting“, which landed the band at 1st place. Additionally, the band’s renditions of Johnny Lee‘s “Hot Farewell“, Panic‘s “Left Handed“, Shin Hae Chul‘s “Jazz Cafe“, Poet and The Mayor‘s “Bramble“, Shin Soo Bong‘s “I Only Know Love“, Sanulrim‘s “To Spread the Goods of My Heart“, Brown Eyed Girls‘ “Abracadabra“, and more.
