2NE1 was chosen as the Asia representative of Adidas Original.
On 3rd, Adidas announced that they chose 2NE1 as the Asia model of 'all Originals Represent' of their 2012 F/W Global Campaign.
Along with 2NE1, Nicki Minaj, hip hop musician Big Sean, the youngest NBA MVP Derrick Rose, and fashion designer Jeremy Scott participated in the campaign promotion video, and it shows different episodes at different continents as a one story.
A great number of other celebrities, such as David Beckhan, Snoop Dogg, and Lionel Messi have been active as campaign models of Adidas in the past, and thus, the fact that 2NE1 was chosen as the campaign model of Adidas' campaign indicates how much Korean wave grew so big all over the world.
On the other hand, 'all Originals represent' campaign started on August 24, and it will be expanded to 'represent your crew' event later on.
