Super Junior’s Leeteuk Displays Massive Album Purchases by Fans in China

Super Junior’s Leeteuk has revealed just how popular Super Junior′s new album is proving in China.

On July 23, Leeteuk tweeted, “15,716 copies. Wow. 12,600 copies, 3000 copies, 116 copies. Definitely some big-hitting unnies in China! Thank you!”

Included was a picture of a stack of receipts showing album purchases of Super Junior’s recent sixth album made by fans in China. Some of the receipts showed some eye-popping numbers including a receipt that revealed sales of over 200 million won.




Netizens responded with, “I think I understand why everyone is looking to make a debut in China now”, “Super Junior members are definitely hallyu stars” and “Such amazing fans.”
