IU Loves Talking about Food

IU realized how much she talks about food on TV.

IU tweeted on July 16, ‘I turned on the TV. I was on, and I’ve been talking about food for the last 10 minutes.’



A photo attached to the tweet showed a picture she took of herself on a Japanese show talking about food.

IU previously made issues for introducing Korean foods in a funny way on Japanese broadcasts, such as introducing jjamppong as “jjajangmyeon’s friend.”

Netizens replied, ‘That’s so cute. I’ll watch it if you tell us what the show’s title is!’ and ‘I’ll never forget jjamppong’s friend jjajangmyeon.’

IU will be releasing her second single album in Japan, You & I, on July 18.
