IU Has a Twitter Row With Her Agency?

IU has had a cute argument with her agency, LOEN Entertainment.

Following the release of the first music video tease for LOEN Tree’s summer album, IU took to her twitter to tweet part of the upcoming song’s lyric in code writing, “Sea of Moon~~~~~light ㄷㅇ ㅈㅂㄷ ㅈㄱㅂㅊㄹ ㅇㅃ ㅈ ㅂㄷ~~~~ㄷㅂ ㅎㅅ!ㅍ! ㅂㅂ ㄷㅂㅇㅇ ㅇㄹ ㅊㅇㅇ ㄷㄴ ㅈ ㅂㄷ~~~~~~~.”

In doing so, IU had tweeted the lyrics in code by tweeting part of the Korean lyrics with only the first consonant.

A response was later tweeted by the official LOEN Tree Twitter writing, “Excuse me, I contemplated all day and decided to tell you but... I think there’s some mistakes in the middle. And are you going to continue to spoil like this?... Troublemaker!”

A cute back-and-forth was soon initiated with IU responding, “Ah, I know too. I thought about fixing it but I thought it would be more embarrassing if I was caught so I left it… But thanks to my mention if a few more Twitter friends received interest in Sea of Moonlight… isn’t that a good thing?”

And the agency soon backed down writing, “That… that’s true. Thank you always for your passionate promotions!”





Sea of Moonlight will drop online on July 28.
