Psy gets his inspiration from hateful comments

Singer Psy revealed that hateful comments are the driving force for the creation of his music.

On November 11th according to tvN’s ‘Baek Ji Yeon’s People Inside’ Psy stated, “After I read hateful comments, such amazing music comes out of me.

They set my desire on fire to make music when I read them,” he continued regarding rumors and hateful comments about him on the internet.

Thanks to this optimistic attitude of mine, I guess I could easily accept my second enlistment to the army,” Psy stated, “Unlike the worries and disagreements of people around me, I had no trouble sleeping even on the first day of the enlistment.

I should’ve been the most depressed or stressed out, but rather I was the one who my fellow soldiers took comfort and solace in.”

He also revealed his moto inspired by his optimism in the harsh reality of the entertainment industry, “Everything happens for a reason. Something bad can always happen after something great, and when something bad happens I reassure myself something good must be waiting for me in the future.

He also commented on his concerts saying, “If I don’t see any sign of dehydration in my body after finishing a concert I feel mad. The audience paid their money for their tickets therefore I should always try my best to put on the best show.

Lastly, regarding his tears on stage recently he stated, “I cry when I’m on stage because I’m too happy. But also because I know I won’t be able to be on stage forever. Even when I’m in my 60′s I want to be on stage just like now.”
