While Psy is keeping busy taking on the world, MBC is quietly preparing a special documentary on the singer.
The upcoming MBC documentary will focus on Psy and analyze how his recent single, Gangnam Style became such a global phenomenon. The documentary will also include an in-depth look at the passionate response it has been receiving in various parts of the world. The documentary has been in preparation for some time now and also attended Psy’s August summer concert for footage. 
By featuring in the MBC documentary, Psy will join a handful of other top global Korean stars who have been made into a biography for the critically-acclaimed celebrity biography documentary series including Park Ji Sung, Lee Young Ae, Park Chan Ho, Kim Tae Hee and more.
The documentary will air on MBC on September 21.
