CNBLUE’s bass player Lee Jung Shin will be officially making his acting debut!

CNBLUE’s agency, FnC Entertainment revealed on August 6th that Lee Jung Shin will be starring in KBS 2TV’s ‘My Daughter Soyoung’ and the new drama will take over the weekend slot currently held by ‘You Who Rolled In Unexpectedly’ next month.

Writing the script for the drama will be screenwriter, So Hyun Kyung whose previous works include ‘Brilliant Inheritance’, ‘Prosecutor Princess’ and ’49 Days’.

This past July, Lee Jung Shin had made a cameo in episode 42 of ‘You Who Rolled In Unexpectedly’ where he played as Mal Sook’s (Oh Yeon Seo) new boyfriend and contributed in some way to the episode breaking the 40% barrier (41.9%) for the first time.

Many after watching the episode commented that Lee Jung Shin had gained favourable views through his acting in forming a rivalry with Cha Se Kwang which is played by his fellow CNBLUE member, Kang Min Hyuk in the drama.
