Followed by the world tour in the United States and Taiwan successfully held, on August 4, 5, “SM Town Live World Tour III” arrived in Japan and held at the Tokyo Dome. All tickets were sold out proven the unstoppable popularity of the SM Family.
Most of the artists joined together to perform for the tour, Kang Ta, BoA, TVXQ, Grace's Dana and Sunday, Super Junior, Super Junior-M, Girls Generation, SHINee, f(x), EXO, J-Mins, and many more have participated. The idols had fantastic performances during their 'SMTOWN Live World Tour 3 In Tokyo' and made 100,000 fans cheer for them.
Especially to watch this concert, as many as 600,000 people competed to buy tickets. For the two days concert, all old out 100,000 tickets sold out with no empty seats.
During this concert, the different groups and soloist had a parade of their hit songs and sang some songs they rarely perform publicly. The collaboration of different groups such as the pair up of Grace's Dana and Sunday, Super Junior-M, Super Junior Donghae & Eunhyuk, Girls' Generation's sub unit, TaeTiSeo; and special combined stages were performed, with a total of 52 songs.
There were many unexpected collaborated performances; Super Junior's Ryeowook, Eunhyuk partnered up wit EXO-M's Chen for a ballad song, "Everything". and then Girls' Generation TaeTiSeo collaborated with EXO's D.O., Chan Yeol, Lu Han, Se Hun to perform "DJ Got Us Falling In Love," and TVXQ's Changmin sang a duet with Super Junior's Kyuhyun and performed "Just The Way You Are."
There were glow sticks and banners in every corners of the stadium, fans were cheering for their favorite idols real loud and sang along with them. The concert was just like a big opened party with idols and fans celebrating together.
SM entertainment's artists will return home and get prepared for their “SM Town Live World Tour III” back in Korea. The tour will be held at the Seoul Olympic Stadium in Jamsil on August 18th.
