Some of Girls′ Generation (SNSD)’s members have come to support actor Gong Hyung Jin.
On July 19, the official Seensee Company Twitter tweeted, “What lovely young girls! Word is that SNSD has also fallen for Tracy’s merits. They even took a picture with Gong Edna.”
The accompanying picture showed SNSD’s Sunny, Seohyeon and Yuri backstage of the musical Hairspray with actor Gong Hyung Jin who plays Edna Turnblad, the mother of the musical’s main character, Tracy Turnblad. 
Netizens wrote, “SNSD sure seems to love watching musicals”, “I watched Hairspray too!” and “So lovely.”
