Girls Groups Reign Supreme With 2NE1 Leading the Pack on Billboard K-Pop Hot 100

The girls left no room for the boys in the top three spots of Billboard’s K-Pop Hot 100 chart this week.

The new updated chart ranking for the week of July 28, 2012 showed the top three spots unchanged from the previous week as 2NE1’s I Love You, T-ara’s Day by Day and SISTAR’s Loving U claimed spots one through three, respectively.

Making a big leap from last week’s number ten spot to this week’s fourth place was Lee Jong Hyun of CN Blue with My Love. Other drama OST tracks in this week’s top ten included My Heart Hurts by Lee Hyun of 8Eight at fifth place and Huh Gak’s One Person at ninth place.

Busker Busker’s If You Really Love Me and Juniel’s Illa Illa ranked seventh and eighth respectively.

Making their debuts on this week’s chart was Psy with Gangnam Style at sixth and B2ST with Midnight at tenth.
