After taking in numerous auditions and culling many hopefuls, Mnet‘s “Superstar K3” has finally pared down their list to nine formidable contestants.
A poster was revealed featuring the Top 9 contestants on September 29th. Going from the top left, they are Shin Ji Soo, Kim Do Hyun, Min Hoon Ki, Lee Gun Yool, Oohlala Session, Lee Jung Ah, Chris, Christina, and Two Months..
The photoshoot for the posters took place on September 23rd at the CJ E&M Center Studio in Sangamdong, Seoul. Famous photographer Bori (who also shot the calendar photos for MBC‘s “Infinity Challenge“) directed the shoot under an autumn concept.
A “Superstar K3″ representative stated, ”They aren’t like celebrities, rather, they’re more like close friends, so the photoshoot was really awkward. However, since they are all musicians, the atmosphere of the photoshoot was very pleasant.”
In addition to their portrait shots, the posters also feature the contestants’ autographs, giving it an overall ‘superstar’ effect.
Meanwhile, the final contestant to round out the Top 10 will be announced on September 30th’s live broadcast. Who will it be — Haze or Busker Busker?
오는 30일 첫 생방송을 앞둔 엠넥 '슈퍼스타K3'가 본선 생방송 무대에 오르게 되는 9개 팀의 개성이 돋보이는 포스터를 공개했다.
29일 '슈스케3'가 공개한 포스터에는 투개월, 신지수, 이정아, 크리스티나, 김도현, 이건율, 민훈기, 크리스, 울랄라 세션의 모습이 담겨있다.
지난 8월 말 슈퍼위크에서 선발된 뒤 합숙에 들어간 이후 한 달 만에 모습을 공개한 것이다.
이번 포스터 촬영은 지난 23일 서울 상암동 CJ E&M센터 스튜디오에서 진행됐다. MBC '무한도전' 멤버들의 달력 촬영 등으로 유명한 포토그래퍼 보리가 참여, '가을'이라는 콘셉트에 맞춰 진행됐다.
이번 포스터에는 또 9개 팀의 손글씨 사인이 직접 프린트 돼 있다는 것이 특징이다.
'슈스케3' 측은 "연예이기보다는 일반인에 가까운 친구들이다 보니 포스터 촬영 내내 무척이나 어색해 했지만, 역시나 음악 하는 친구들이다 보니 즐겁고 화기애애한 분위기에서 촬영이 진행됐다"고 전했다.
한편 오는 30일 생방송에서는 헤이즈와 버스커버스커 중 마지막으로 본선에 합류하게 되는 팀이 공개될 예정이다.
