Girl’s Generation charms French

K-Pop enthusiasts in France surprised many people in Korea as they queued for hours to see the SM Town concert.

Now they are gathering online to talk about the stars.

The French fan site “Sweety Nine Forum” (snsd.frenchboard.com) has a fan base ranging from the 12 to 26-years-old, but what they share in common is the Girl’s Generation.

They talk about what they like about the girl group and list charms of each member.

The site has detailed descriptions of characteristics of nine members on its front page: Taeyeon, the most beautiful voice in the group; Jessica, unique personality with chilling charm; Sunny, Sunny Bunny the angelic voice; Tiffany, smiling eyes with a beautiful smooth voice; Hyoyeon, Dancing Queen with a unique and funny character; Yuri, the sexiest member with outstanding charisma; Sooyoung, the biggest eater who has both a tomboy and feminine side; Yoona, the pure beauty who excels in acting, modeling, singing and dancing; Seohyeon, the youngest member known for her purity and innocent side.

Some of the fans cast vote on the topics such as “Who’s the sexiest,” “Who’s the prettiest,” or even “Who has the most beautiful hair?” on the discussion site.

Yuri topped in the “Who’s the sexiest member” vote, winning 40 percent of votes. Tiffany and Jessica came second and third with 13 percent and 12 percent of the vote, respectively.

But Tiffany took the lead in the “Who’s the prettiest?” vote, with 18 percent of votes, followed by Yuri (15 percent) and Taeyeon (14 percent).

On the discussion venue, fans also vote the best member in categories such as dance, singing, personality, physical posture.

For dancing, Hyoyeon has been mentioned the most, called by many “Dancing Queen.” Taeyeon, Tiffany and Jessica are thought to be the best singers in the group. For physical figure, Sooyoung, Tiffany and Jessica are the ones most mentioned by their fans. Taeyeon and Hyoyeon are considered to have good personalities.
